I've been using Uber Eats regularly for the past year, and overall, the service has been reliable. The app is user-friendly, and the selection of restaurants is extensive, which makes it easy to find whatever you're craving. The delivery times are usually accurate, and most of my orders have arrived on time or even earlier than expected. However, the fees can add up quickly—delivery charges, service fees, and sometimes higher restaurant prices make it more expensive than ordering directly. Also, I’ve had a couple of instances where the food arrived cold or in poor condition, which is disappointing considering the price. Overall, Uber Eats is great for convenience, but I’d appreciate more transparency with pricing and improvements in food quality control.
