    Solid Power Bank, Conflicting specs/metrics

I have been using the UGREEN Nexode 200W 25,000mAh power bank almost daily to charge both phones and laptops. For smaller devices like phones and earbuds, the unit performs as expected. The reported wattage appears accurate, port negotiation is quick, and the power bank does not generate concerning heat even when multiple devices are connected. This is an improvement over some smaller high‑wattage chargers I have used in the past, which tend to run noticeably hotter. The build quality is solid, and the form factor is one of the better aspects of the device. Despite its weight, it is compact and dense, taking up less space in my backpack than other high‑capacity batteries I own. I do not mind the weight because the size reduction makes it easier to pack. The display is useful and provides clear information about input and output wattage. I also appreciate that the unit includes a USB‑A port in addition to USB‑C ports, which increases compatibility with older accessories. Where the power bank falls short is in its maximum output performance. Although the port is labeled for 140W output, my laptop only receives about 60W according to the TFT display, and the laptop itself reports that it is connected to a slow charger. My laptop normally uses a 120W OEM charger, so I expected this power bank to match or exceed that level. I have not been able to unlock the full advertised output, which limits its usefulness for high‑demand laptop charging. The same pattern appears when recharging the power bank. Even when connected to a 140W wall charger, the display does not show that it is pulling the full wattage, though it still charges quickly enough for overnight or multi‑hour top‑offs. There is no noticeable heat or noise during charging, and the display provides clear feedback on charging speed. Overall, the power bank performs well for phones and smaller devices, offers strong build quality, and has a compact design that is easy to carry. The display is a valuable feature, and the unit remains cool during operation. However, the inability to reach the full 140W input or output limits its effectiveness for users who expect true high‑wattage laptop charging. Despite this limitation, it remains a capable and well‑built power bank, but its real‑world performance does not fully match its advertised specifications.

After a year or so of charge cycles on your cellphone, the battery's state of health drops and your 2 day battery when new drops to one, then less. That's why portable battery packs have become such a necessity in the daily life of, generally, teens and college students. Be they slim and magnetic, or large and bulky, they're constantly being used. It's great to be able to have a battery pack that charges at respectably fast levels like the Nexode power bank from Ugreen. This silver brick has phenomenal capacity at 200W and 25 amp hours. Great for camping, hiking, or an intensive photoshoot with both camera and drone batteries to charge. It has a large display covering 1/3 of the long side showing you rich data on the state of charge of each of the devices connect to its 3 ports, along with the wattage and voltage it's supplying. Its 2 usb-c ports charge at an incredible 100W and 140W, also a usb-A for older equipment charges at a respectable 22.5W. I charged a full sized laptop with 16" screen from 10% to full in about an hour while I was using it, depleting the pack to 17%. Even though, when I connected it, the laptop recognized it as a slow charging device; it showed a charge output of 60W. Both Apple and Android devices were charged simultaneously at outputs of up to 30W each and barely made a dent in the supply, dropping pack power down to 67%. It can charge at a maximum of 60W, which is about half of its discharge ability getting to full from 7% in just over an hour. I like that Ugreen has included an actual display rather than tiny LEDs to display information in a clear way. The single push button toggle is unobtrusive and useful in viewing the different info. When either charging or discharging, there's no noticeable increase in temperature, possibly due to the stable automotive grade lithium cells it's comprised of. It's a bit heavy at 1.3Lbs, but considering how much power it puts out, I think it's a fair trade-off.

I have been using UGREEN Nexode for a week and it's amazing. It literally powers everything. Right now, I'm sitting on my Surface laptop at my in-laws while it's charging from this battery (cool!). and the screen is not just a novelty, it is actually useful... showing you how many hours left you can charge, output voltage on the port when connected, not just the battery capacity. Helping you balance and make decisions on what really needs to be charged, or when to unplug if you just need to get your phone to a safe level without draining the Nexode. Things you need to know, there are 3 charging ports, 2 x USB C (100w and 140w) and 1x a USB A port. For charging high drain devices, use the included USB C cable, or invest in a quality USB C cable and only charge from the USB C ports. The USB A port I found is only really suited for emergency charging an iPhone or your Airpods. In use, it hasn't got warm or hot. I charged it overnight to recharge it after draining it - no issue. The UGreen Nexode is also surprisingly a good weight. It's got some heft, but feels lighter than I would have thought, about the weight of a half-filled Yeti bottle. So I found myself throwing it into my backpack as I want it everywhere.... especially at an airport or when on a flight where it seems the power outlets never work and I need a proper battery. Seriously, I am super impressed. I think the UGreen Nexode would also make a good emergency battery to have around home if you want something for a power outage and you want something compact. Thinking about getting another for home so we have emergency power in an outage. FWIW, the Nexode is also below the current max limit allowed on flights. So despite the size and charging power, you are currently OK to take and use the battery on any major US airline. Oh, and I would be remiss to not mention the cute "Lets power up together" graphic when you start it up, that's cool.

The UGREEN Nexode 200W power bank is a super solid build. Very simple to charge just plug and play like any other power bank. It does have a virtual screen that will show you how many watts are being used. This power bank is amazing it will power up and charge your laptops via usb-c. You are able to get quite a bit or phone charges out of this plus it provides enough power for handheld gaming systems. It comes with a travel cloth bag and usc-c to usb-c cable. The power bank has two usb-c inputs or outputs and 1 normal usb port for the other devices. It feels heavy but it is a very well built and solid device. It is a decent size for the power it offers and looks great. I personally have no cons just all pros on this power bank. Makes a great addition to travel with if you are taking more than just a phone. Like I said previously i have used it to charge my laptop, tablets, phones and gaming systems. It offers superfast charging, so your phones will be fully charged in no time. If you don't have this power bank you are missing out.

This power Bank is great. It's a large capacity battery pack that is also safe for airplanes so you can bring it on your trips as well. It's a 200 Watt 25,000 mah battery which is great for charging multiple devices at the same time. uSB C port 1 does a total of 140 watts , while USB C 2 port does 100 max. I believe USB A port is 20 watts or so max. the 200 watts is when you add all 3 that's the total output. That's where they get the 200 watts which is kind of misleading In my opinion which is why I knocked down a star. Otherwise this works great for my MacBook and my iPhone 16 pro and Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Charges phones fine and fast enough to charge my MacBook Pro as well. It also comes with a USB C cable and a soft case thing as well which is nice . The device also comes with a small TFT screen which shows you useful information like how much battery it has left and shows you the input and output levels to know how fast you're charging your devices as well. I also wished it showed how many cycles but still nice to have a screen.

Introduction As the title says this is a great solution for charging everything from laptops, to phones, to tablets, to smart watches, & even to our portable game consoles. We have used it to charge everything from our Lenovo Legion Go, to our Nintendo Switch, to my MacBook Air work laptop, to my iPhone 14 Pro Max, to my significant others Pixel 7 Pro, to our various earbuds & wireless headphones, to our Apple Ultra 2 & Google Pixel Watch 1, and everything in between. It has been great at all of it. Unboxing & First Impressions Opening the packaging it was all nice & neatly organized I noticed. Taking the portable power bank out of the box I liked how sleek & smooth it was (although I found it to be a little too sleek as I felt like I’d drop it easily). It feels premium & nice. It doesn’t feel cheap like some of the ones sold on the smiling box/logo company’s marketplace (with those sold there usually not even having their true mAh rating! This one does though!). I liked the screen on the device, although I worried about it getting scratched up. So far it hasn’t, even with us throwing it in a bag and taking it with us on road trips over the holidays, to our various doctor appointments, etc. Rating: 5/5 Initial Power Bank & Device Charging Once out of the packaging I proceeded to finish charging up the power bank. It was mostly charged & with a 65 watt charger it was fully charged in less than 20 minutes (it came mostly charged, I just wanted to fully charge it to see how long it took to top it off). After it was fully charged I plugged my iPhone 14 Pro Max into it & charged it from 70% to 100%, as well as charging my Beats Fit Pro earbuds, and then topped off our Lenovo Legion Go. Everything got charged to full from ~70% and the Nexode was at about 50% if I’m not mistaken. Not bad at all. Charging it back to full took, I believe, about an hour. Which tracks with the approximate 2 hour charging from 0% with a 65 watt charger. Rating: 5/5 Daily Usage I have since taken to using the UGREEN Nexode to keep my iPhone charged during the day instead of using my USB C dock for my work laptop. It keeps my phone topped up much better than the dock every could and so it’s been vital for keeping me working easily where I can make phone calls with my phone, send emails, texts, etc. it’s been absolutely amazing & I love it. Being able to see the current charge wattage of the device being charged is really nice. I used to have some charging cables which showed on a little display their current power delivery/wattage but I wasn’t sure what my iPhone was being charged at and this device allows me to see that at a quick glance which is great. And I can see what my Apple Watch Ultra 2 is being charged at as well which is super cool. Or any other device. I’m a geek & I like little touches like this. So it’s nice they included it. Rating: 5/5 Storage & Battery Health Most don’t know that keeping a battery at 100% all the time, or not running it down then back to full, will absolutely destroy the batteries long term health. That is why most laptop manufacturers now have a battery mode (sometimes hidden) that locks the battery to a max of 80% if you’re going to keep the device plugged in all the time. It may be asking too much of this device to have that same thing. But I do fear that the long term health of the device will be killed if I keep it at a constant 100% (or even close to it). Time will tell but so far it’s holding up to my use & so I’ll give it a 5/5 rating here too. Rating: 5/5 Conclusion In closing the UGREEN Nexode 25,000 mAh portable power bank is everything I want out of a power bank. It charges my devices fast, shows the info I want (like charging wattage), and it looks premium like most of my other electronics so it fits in nicely. I like it so much I’ll be buying some for family for their birthdays & the holidays. It’s truly great. Don’t get a cheap knock off from a 3rd party selling marketplace, get a great looking & performing name brand one like UGREEN and you won’t be disappointed! Rating: 20/20

The Good: - High capacity — the 25,000mAh battery is excellent for multiple device top-ups during travel or long days out. In my testing, I comfortably charged a phone several times and still had plenty of juice left. - Quick charging speeds — with up to 200W output, devices zip back to life fast. It supports high-wattage delivery for laptops, tablets, and phones, making it super versatile. - Smart TFT display — the bright screen gives real-time readouts of wattage, voltage, and remaining power. It’s a nice touch that actually feels useful instead of gimmicky. - Multiple ports — USB-C and USB-A options mean you can power multiple gadgets at once without juggling adapters. Perfect for trips or desk use. - Well-built and solidly designed — it feels durable without being too heavy, and the rounded edges make it easier to slip into a bag. - Pass-through charging — I was able to charge the power bank while it charged my phone, which was super handy at my desk. The Bad: - Relatively large size — it’s noticeably bigger than smaller power banks, so it takes up a bit more room in a backpack or carry-on. Still small enough for airplane travel, but not pocket-friendly. - Some competitors pack similar power in slightly slimmer frames, so if ultra-compact is your priority, this isn’t the tiniest option. Overall:
I’ve been really impressed with how well the UGREEN Nexode handles everything from phones to laptops without hiccups. The display and high output really set it apart from other power banks I’ve used recently. If you want dependable, high-speed charging on the go, this is a 5 star rating for me.

I've had tons of power banks but never one quite like this. The capacity on this power bank is next level and given the size it makes this thing a pocket sized powerhouse. This power bank has two USB c ports along with a USB a port. It has up to 140w output and charges my iphone lightning fast. The build quality on the device is great. It feels sturdy and we'll built. The screen on the power bank does a great job slowing the remaining charge on the power bank and the output level coming from each of the pets when you plug something in. In practice I've noticed charging my iphone from almost dead to fill charge will use about 20% of the power bank. Which means it should be able to charge my phone about five times before totally draining. Given the compact size of this power bank, is perfect to throw in a bag for long travels or any time you aren't going to be around a plug. My iphone battery is so bad and this device hat totally gotten rid of all the battery anxiety thinking my phone is going to die. I keep this thing in a backpack and use it constantly. Overall support useful and very well built.

This was my first UGREEN product. One, which I was quite happy to review. I had been wanting a charger with over 100W to recharge my Laptop. The UGREEN Nexode excels greatly for this. It's a beefy Power Bank. Not too large, it can easily fit in a carry pack.It is also sleek enough to fit in a desk environment. What I love about the Power Bank is the display screen. It shows all the ports being used. When you charge your devices it also shows how long it will take and the wattage each device is using. Having two USB-C ports and one USB-A port allowed me to charge all my devices. A phone, watch, tablet, or laptop. The Nexode 200W worked well. The beefy 25,000MAH was more than enough for me. I work at a park and so many times I see people's phones die. This is one I carry a power bank with me no matter wherever I go. Now, I can update my older one to this one. This just has a better feel to it. Even if I drop it, this feels like a brick so I know it will last. The screen on the power bank is the real selling point. You know how much input and output you are getting. You know which ports are being occupied! It's a 10/10 form me for a portable Power Bank!

I've had several Ugreen products in the past, mainly various cables and laptop docks, but this is my first power bank. I have a similar appearing power bank from a no name brand but I think the big player in this market is the other brand you think of when you think of portable chargers and battery packs. I don't own one of those power banks from that brand. Using this Ugreen power bank with my MacBook Pro 14" as well as my iPhone Air and many other devices, I can confirm that not only does it charge said items very quickly, but the power bank itself recharges quickly as well. I'm actually amazed at this fact - that it can charge and be charged so fast. While it was recharging it did feel a bit warm but never did it get overly hot. This is important for power banks and portable batteries - I'm sure we've all heard of safety concerns with these types of items. I'm happy to report that I don't think this Ugreen has any of those safety issues. I think for the price this is a good value. However, if / when it ever goes on sale, it will be a great value.

The UGREEN Nexode 25000mah Power Bank is a compact and well built battery pack. It offers 200w of total charging capacity across its two USB-C outputs. It also has a single USB-A output for legacy devices, but since it is type A will not support the Power Delivery protocol found on the C ports. The two C ports themselves have different output ratings with C1 delivering 140W total and C2 capped at 100W. Why UGREEN chose to adopt this I am not really sure, but it is important to keep that in mind when plugging in a 140W capable device. Now, if you need to use both C ports simultaneously the power bank will limit total output to 200W. The power bank itself is well built and does offer a screen to show charging and output rating information per port. A nice feature, but I do wish the screen was a little faster refresh rate compared to the Anker model that is its closest competitor. Like the Anker model, it too doesn't play nice with Apple fast charging devices. My iPhone 17 Pro Max never got above 15W and my iPad Pro M4 never saw more than 35W. I had better luck with some Windows based laptops that saw 45W to 100W depending on the unit, but my MacBook Pro 16 wouldn't charge fast enough to keep the lights on (it discharged faster than I could get it to charge). Overall, UGREEN has built a nice power bank, but I just wished it played nice with Apple products. Then again, I haven't found much in the power bank department that does, so maybe that is more an Apple problem. If you need a high capacity power bank that is reliable the UGREEN should be on your short list as it is well built and a great value.
