Good speaker plus Alexa. It has experienced some glitches which is why its 3 stars.

This speaker sounds great but the big advantage to this is that you can use alexa to play your playlists or play online quiz games. You really can't do it because the majority of the time it doesn't work or just crashes. You would be better off with a nice speaker with bluetooth and an echo dot. Would work better than this.

To start off the sound quality from the blast is top notch. Very clear and a decent but not overpowering amount of bass. I like the feel of this speaker as well as it is rubberized and feels rugged like you can take it with you to the beach or camping as it is IP67 rated for sound and dust. The only issue, and it's a pretty big issue, is the connectivity issues I experienced while using the blast. Alexa and my bluetooth automatically just disconnects after a bit of time. I've tried to reconnect thru the app and eventually I have to set the whole thing up again thru the app like a new device. Not something I want to do every time I want to play music or use Alexa. I'm assuming that this is something that can be corrected thru a software update and is possibly just a glitch. I'm giving it 3 stars because I feel the sound is good and when it's working, Alexa is fun to play around with. I'm also giving this 3 stars with the expectation that the connectivity issues will be fixed with this speaker. As of this time I would not recommend the blast due to the price and current issues with the speaker. Once the connection issues are hammered out, I would recommend it.

This product is very good especially if you are into these types of electronics. I would recommend to friends and family.

Overall, a good speaker as far as sound is concern. It is pretty loud and easy to connect. An A+ feature to this speaker is the Alexa integration. I do not own an Echo and so this speaker is my first experience for Alexa and she is cool. I also like the mobile app for this speaker because the setup wizard made things really easy and quick. The only drawback is charging of the device because you would have to lay the speaker down for charging but the battery life tested over 5 days has been great so far too.

Needs a app in order to connect speaker to the phone. Sounds pretty good

I bought this personal speaker for my husband. I have a Bose Soundlink and this is maybe a bit better and was cheaper! Would definitely recommend this product!?

The speaker was bought as a gift for my brother who uses it connected to Alexa inside his home and as a speaker outside while grilling and golfing. Works great!

The ability to pair with another device for stereo is great feature. Smaller than megablast

Speaker won’t even stay connected to my iPad. It disconnected every few minutes from Bluetooth. When I checked battery after unplugging it showed 80 percent after 2 minutes also. What kind of garbage battery goes from 100 percent to 80 percent in under 5 minutes! On my Android it stayed connected but when I played it over night it died in under 5 hours. Far from the 12 hours of battery as advertised. Google reviews and iPad reviews show terrible as well. I will be returning this speaker.

Love using it out in the yard when I’m pulling weeds, mowing the lawn (push mower!) or at the beach with friends!

I would recommend this to everyone. It's nice to be hands free when cooking or cleaning and have this turn or change music for me
