Love this product. Can’t wait to use during summer at picnics. The fact that it’s water resistant is amazing. Sound is clear. Volume goes up high.

Was torn between the JBL Flip or Charge and this UE Boom. I don’t think that I would have been unhappy with the JBL, but I know I am VERY happy with this! I’m no audiophile, but this does everything I need it to do. It’s loud, clear, has a good range of sound, is fairly intuitive and, most important to me, is durable. I’m rough on stuff and don’t have time to worry about treating it carefully. (That’s a big reason I didn’t go with the JBL, that has the exposed speaker cones.) I have zero concerns with damaging this one. It’s tough and rugged with bomb-proof controls. I can’t speak to its water proof-ness, but have no reason to doubt that it lives up to its billing. Fits perfectly in a cup holder. Won’t roll away, due to raised control panel and stands up securely. Big volume buttons. The only negatives—none of which are dealbreakers for me: Doesn’t charge devices, doesn’t have a battery life indicator and doesn’t turn off when it loses connectivity. Other than that, I couldn’t be happier. Deal of the Day price made it even more appealing. Stop shopping around and buy one!

I had the small jambox before purchasing this speaker and I loved it. The only reason I bought this one was because the jambox was old and on its way out. I thought about purchasing a new jambox but gave this one a shot. I am very pleased with my purchase. It can play loud and clear, and has different things you can do with it that the jambox did not. It has great sound for its size and really good battery life! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new speaker.

We have had one of these speakers for 3 years already. The original one still sounds, looks, and works great. I have not had to replace any parts, the charging plug has not tore, frayed or stopped working. This speaker has been dropped down flights of stairs, been in the salty ocean water, rolled around in the sand at the beach, as well as play out in the hot beating sun for hours upon hours. The signal strength is better than any bluetooth speaker that I have ever owned. Black Friday I went out and bought 2 more. I love this speaker that much!!

This speaker has great sound and battery life for its small size. The feature that allows for pairing with another boom speaker or megaboom speaker is excellent.

This speaker is definitely loud enough to fill up an average to large sized room. The sound is very clear. The bass isn't too crazy, but that's not it's main purpose. I love that it's portable (you can fit it in a cup holder in your car). I've even dropped it a few times and it still works great. There's an app that you can download to access the equalizer where you can raise or lower the bass, treble and other presets. Overall if you want something very portable, pretty loud, water proof, shock resistant, and 15 hour battery life, then this is for you!

This product is such an amazing speaker! I love the design, which is waterproof to boot. The sound quality is fantastic, with maximum volumes not being overpowering but still packing a punch. It can command movies sound effects from my laptop very adroitly as well as create ambient sounds when I'm going to bed and playing relaxing music.

They are sooo amazing. Sounds great battery last fir a long time truly waterproof and when u connect 2 or more together it sounds even better

Did a lot of research, needed a good speaker for son's Christmas gift. Couldn't be more Happy water proof, portable size, sound is awesome.

This speaker was compared to a line of bose portable products. I compared this to a Soundlink mini, SoundLink portable, soundtouch portable, soundtouch 20. This speaker has acceptable mid tones, tinny high tones and lackluster bass. The speaker is not the best sounding, but because it has a long battery life and waterproof/dropproof features, it is worth the price (not full price, I paid $76) but not anything more. Every bose product including. The soundlink mini had substantially better bass, much clearer mid and high tones. When I played this for my husband, he quickly noticed it was missing any of the punch of the competitors. Acceptable. But not at full price.

I bought this speaker for my son for Christmas. I was familiar with the UE brand as I had ear buds I used until they wore out. Very impressed with this brand! The sound quality is great and the battery life is excellent! I love that it is waterproof and durable. I would definitely recommend this speaker!

This is my second one of these speakers. It is a good balance between small size (for portability) and good sound (quality full frequency response). Of course any speaker this small will have limited bass, but this speaker is very listenable over extended periods of time. I like the long battery life too. It plays plenty loud enough to fill a room or for a small party. I also read you can have several of these speakers paired together to play from the same source ... this is huge if have a big space or several rooms where you want the same program source

This speaker is the best Bluetooth speaker I've had! I've gone thru TDK, Jam Plus and even The Beats Pill and this one is by far the loudest, most rugged feature packed of all! I don't have to worry about it getting a little wet or dropping it because it's built with quality. Plus it lasts all day! 15 hours I believe. Great for anyone who likes a speaker with BASS.

I have had a variety of external speakers for my smartphones, computer, etc. and this is the best I have heard. I had the Mini Boom for 2 years and it was good enough for listening around the house as I move from place to place but I wanted something a little bolder that is also convenient for traveling. My Mini Boom still works fine and the person I gave it to is still using it everyday. It is durable, and I expect nothing less from my Boom 2.

This speaker was actually a pretty good investment. It’s small and easy to handle, and has pretty good sound quality. I really like the color and the battery life is pretty good too. I also like that it is water proof and drop proof.

It's smaller than you'd think, but provides BIG sound! The sound is very bassy, more suited to open spaces and outdoors. Small rooms can easily be overwhelmed and you'll lose definition in the mid-range and some in the highs. I DEFINITELY recommend tweaking the EQ settings for best performance. Battery life is good, setup is easy. While the long USB cable is great, the neon yellow color would have been better if color-matched with the speaker.

This is a great, compact, durable speaker for your needs. The waterproof, dust proof, and shock proof design help ease your worries about getting the speaker damaged. The compact design makes it easier to travel with you as well. The sound quality is great, and it can get very loud which makes it perfect for gatherings. I highly recommend this speaker.
