Im not the ony one with the issue also heard the same from a co-worker. Is this an issue, not to sure, but overall i like the speaker

Not so good, after the honeymoon

It does have great bass and would probably be a good indoor speaker. This has been my drag it to the hot tub speaker for less then a year. It started going down a few months in, i live in Virginia Beach area so we get humidity. Bought it in late December for hot tubbing and it is almost September. I never leave it out, it had a home in my spare room and only went out during use. A few months in it had skipping iasues, then became difficult to get it to turn on. Push the button, it would turn on then right back off. The skipping reminded me of when i was a kid and the cd was dirty or scratched. Today the Bluetooth would light up but the speaker would not actually turn on. I bought into the sound quality which is very good, but the honeymoon period with this high priced $$$$ 400.00 speaker was way to short. If I where going to spend up again it would not be on this brand. Just ordered a new speaker to hot tub with until i find a quality speaker to spend up on.

Kind of disappointed about the volume, the sound quality is great but the “size” of the sound seems like it should feel bigger due to size of device and cost.
