Major Bluetooth Issues!

I love the sound and the app has a lot of nice features, but there is one giant issue which is the Bluetooth. When I use the app to pair the two together every 30 seconds to 5 minutes or so the sound cuts in and out and/or completely stops. I have to turn the speakers off and then on again to get them to play. I really don’t know what was going on with them, but thought that it was maybe the main speaker that I was connected to was bad. I switched so the other speaker was the main one and had the exact same problems. I’ve connected to just one at a time and with both speakers the audio cuts in and out or stops however when I am connected to just one speaker the problem is significantly reduced. Over the last two days I’ve probably spent about 6 hours listening to them. The sound that comes out of these things is amazing and its even better when there’s two of them if they would just work. I‘ve contacted UE’s support team and am awaiting to see if they have a solution. I really don’t want to return these, but this issue makes it impossible to enjoy music. For ease of use this is great. I only give it an Average score in quality though as this thing is built really well except for the Bluetooth issue. The thing I find concerning is that it is happening to both of the Hyperboom speakers I have. I would absolutely recommend this to a friend if the Bluetooth issue gets fixed, but for now it’s a no.

Posted .Hello, I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the speakers. I have heard about this issue happening. There are two things to try. Delete the devices off you bluetooth on your phone and re-add them. Also, make sure the bluetooth light on the device is solid. If it is blinking, it means it will disconnect like that.
