Bad Battery!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound is great!! Battery is bad. I opened the box and played it till battery was done. Then i gave it a full charge. Took it to an out of town camp out and it did not work. Kept telling me the battery needed a charge. This was pretty upsetting. Took it back! Trying something else.

You try and give other brands a chance only to go back to options like Bose. By now this company is WELL AWARE of this issue and should be refunding customers’ money. Totally ruined my sunny Saturday Evening

Best Buy - an alternative only for the desperate

Best Buy said because I was 2 days beyond the return period I would be relegated to dealing with the manufacturer. As one might imagine, that’s been a nightmare. Best Buy is an absolute last alternative for the desperate.
