Broke within a week of me getting it

The warranty is useless because you have to first request a refund from the retailer, and send the refund denial letter to Ultimate Ears before they will process a claim.

Since it was a gift for the holidays, it is unfortunate that Best Buy didn't have another one in stock at the time.
