It's a playmat for TCG's. This is targeted for MTG with the recent Final Fantasy Collaboration and Set. Has stitched edges for those looking for that detail specifically. But typical soft fabric to protect your playing cards (If not using card sleeves).

Overall the playmat is great, but the stictching around the edge has gaps. Some extra wualiry control would be appreciated.
