Bought this for my dad as a Father’s Day gift and so far he says it’s perfect and very comfortable to wear all day

I got the Ultrahuman Ring shortly after my baby was born because I needed to make the most of whatever fragmented sleep I could get. The sleep tracking has been incredibly accurate, helping me understand not just how long I slept, but how well — even on nights with multiple wake-ups. The recovery and HRV insights have been surprisingly helpful too, guiding me to rest when I needed it instead of pushing through exhaustion. It’s sleek, easy to wear 24/7, and honestly, it's been one of the few tools that’s helped me stay sane and somewhat balanced during the chaos of new parent life.

The ring itself is cute, but I do not think the temperature feature is accurate.

Ring works well and does what it says it can do, but the battery life only lasts 3 to 4 days is chill mode and was supposed to do that in turbo mode. Also, it would be great if they added half sizes too for better sizing options.

Fits nicely, provides important interesting information. Looks great for wvryday and even a night out.

Battery life is Good for the amount of functions it does, you need the sizing guide to avoid back and forward returns, all smart rings are different. Very light and feels very comfortable and good quality.

Have tried multiple health rings, as I can't wear a watch to bed and needed sleep data. The Ultrahuman is by far the best I've tried. Hooks up easily and gives so many different readings that are easy to understand. The Ultrahuman warranty and staff are superior! Will continue to upgrade for as long as they continue to make new models.

Love it , I like the integrated apps . Battery is decent and only need to charge to full once every 4-6 days

I love that there’s no screen to distract me, just solid data in the app that actually helps me improve my health. Battery life is great, the design is durable, and it feels premium (I bought the gold one). It is also really easy to connect to blue tooth and charge, not much hassle. Couldn’t be happier with it!
