Have tried multiple health rings, as I can't wear a watch to bed and needed sleep data. The Ultrahuman is by far the best I've tried. Hooks up easily and gives so many different readings that are easy to understand. The Ultrahuman warranty and staff are superior! Will continue to upgrade for as long as they continue to make new models.

It's okay. Battery only last about 4-5 days. Steps measure is about 20-30% higher than my Apple watch got. Nap detection is not very accurate. I don't know if Oura will do better, but no membership fee is a big plus.

The ring itself is cute, but I do not think the temperature feature is accurate.

I have had this ring for about 3 months now. It sometimes gives me issues with connectivity, but the overall experience is good. There are lots of stats and data to help you improve your overall health and wellness. My favorite part is the sleep insights.

Make sure to get the sizing kit, this ring is way larger than other size 12 rings. The battery life on this declines drastically.

Have been wearing the ring for a week now. The ring itself is very light and is not too big to make it uncomfortable to wear all the time. Do like the way the Aster Black finish. Noticed an inconsistent battery charge hold pattern. Going to have to monitor more of it's a one off. The App is rich with lot of information. Still getting used to all the metrics. Overall pretty decent accuracy in detectimg movments and sleep. But have some doubts about accuracy about heart rate measurements. Some adjustments are having to be made for time in bed measurements. One example, I did enable Screentime plug in and yet it did not recognize that I was reading on the phone one of the night sitting in my couch, but the app recognized as am already in bed. Same thing when watching TV the other night. Other than that no issues. BIG advantage is, no subscription needed to use all the insights!! Hope it stays that way...

I love my ring! I wear it everyday. I bought one for my dad and he wears his. He has health issues and this is great.
