Have tried multiple health rings, as I can't wear a watch to bed and needed sleep data. The Ultrahuman is by far the best I've tried. Hooks up easily and gives so many different readings that are easy to understand. The Ultrahuman warranty and staff are superior! Will continue to upgrade for as long as they continue to make new models.

Battery life is great, the design is durable, and it feels premium (I bought the gold one). It is also really easy to connect to blue tooth and charge, not much hassle. Couldn’t be happier with it!

I have had this ring for about 3 months now. It sometimes gives me issues with connectivity, but the overall experience is good. There are lots of stats and data to help you improve your overall health and wellness. My favorite part is the sleep insights.
