The Ultrahuman Ring Air is genuinely impressive. It’s super light, easy to wear all day and night, and gives really detailed insights into sleep, recovery, and overall health without feeling intrusive. The design is sleek, and the battery lasts surprisingly long. It’s a great option if you want to track your health without wearing a bulky watch.

Have been wearing the ring for a week now. The ring itself is very light and is not too big to make it uncomfortable to wear all the time. Do like the way the Aster Black finish. Noticed an inconsistent battery charge hold pattern. Going to have to monitor more of it's a one off. The App is rich with lot of information. Still getting used to all the metrics. Overall pretty decent accuracy in detectimg movments and sleep. But have some doubts about accuracy about heart rate measurements. Some adjustments are having to be made for time in bed measurements. One example, I did enable Screentime plug in and yet it did not recognize that I was reading on the phone one of the night sitting in my couch, but the app recognized as am already in bed. Same thing when watching TV the other night. Other than that no issues. BIG advantage is, no subscription needed to use all the insights!! Hope it stays that way...
