Great battery, first of all it was unbelievable easy to install, having it done for you is so overpriced. All quality tools and battery. Make sure you charge it up to 100% the first time I let it charge overnight. You can’t overcharge the iPhone won’t let it. Phone is just like New, can’t remember the last time it lasted so long.

I purchased this online. Took it to a store nearby who charged me $27 to install it. What a waste on money! I charged the phone this morning and haven't used it once today and a few hours later the battery is at 35%. Now I'm going to have to buy a brand new iphone because I don't want to have to buy another battery and pay for the installation just to have the same problem. Basically, Best Buy cost me over $800 because they sold me a crappy battery!

Used You tube videos for installation instructions. Needed a suction cup in addition to the provided tools to get at iPhone innards - just used an old one we had from a bathroom tile hanger or window sun catcher. Battery and connectors fitted just fine and after a complete discharge and charge to calibrate it, the phone is like new.

I installed this new battery in my i5s, the performance is NOT ANY BETTER than my five year old original battery. I made sure all of my apps and other possible battery draining functions were turned off. Very disappointed.....come on Best Buy, you should be better than this

The screws are the size of fleas. Yeah you can take them off but good luck getting them back on, The battery is cemented in. It's designed to make you break your phone. Have a store do it or buy new phone. Apples way of making you a repeat customer.

The iphone 5s replacement battery comes with handy tools and it is very easy to install. Its been a month that I have installed the new battery and no issues so far.

After picking up from BB, I went to phone repair shop to install the battery, he said it doest work

Had to take this back. Never held a charge from the first attempt at using it.

The battery charge is ok goes about a day and half. One of the plastic tools broke.

Bitter disappointment. Waiting for a month, only to be told they can’t provide it, and I’ll get a refund. I don’t want a refund, I want the battery.

The batteries come with tools; however, watch the process to replace the battery before getting hands on.

So far so good.. I replaced my old 5c battery and it’s working good. I like all the tools in the kit. You really need to do a lot of research before you get to it cause there’s a lot of little step that need to be follow...

This product should contain a warning that this battery should not be changed unless you are an experienced tech person.

These tools were perfect and spot on. I would recommend this to me friends and family.
