Won't hold charge

Seems like the correct battery, but they won't hold a charge. Each battery was in a different handset. Tried 3 or 4 charge cycles, from overnight to 2-3 days, and they last maybe 24 hours in stand by. My other older Batteries still last days on standby. And these are not just low after a day, they're completely dead. Will try an exchange for news ones, but I suspect these sit in the warehouse so long, they're no good when they finally sell them.
