Customers recognize the Model One E500's lightweight design and excellent build quality as significant advantages, frequently praising its ease of folding and powerful performance. However, concerns have been raised regarding the battery life, which some users find insufficient, and the scooter's stability on uneven surfaces. Despite some reservations about the price, many appreciate the scooter's braking system and overall riding experience.

Definitely worth the price tag when bought discounted, however I wouldn’t fork over 1k on this scooter. It’s super sleek and rides smooth, incredibly modern design with easy assembly and user interface. Also collapses easy and weighs probably around 30 lbs, making it easy to carry when need be. Main downside is the speed, I only weigh 130 and riding on flat terrain I’ve only maxed the speed at 15MPH. Overall great bike for traveling around the city/around campus.

This is my first scooter experience, so I can't compare it to any others, but I LOVE this scooter!! It is light, and easy to drag across town when I am not riding it.
It folds easily, and I appreciate the controls. It has been a real pleasure to use, and I recommend the Unagi. Cheers!

Very poor customer service department, I tried to purchase this scooter through the subscription and I paid for it, then unagi sent a link to give them all your info( picture of ID, cc info, exc) and I can't get the link to work properly so I want my funds back and watch out for digital purchases they will take your money on digital purchases if you try to get it back. This is the biggest scam of all cause there getting away with it.ive been trying for a week to get this done and it's always go to unagi customer service then go to Best buy customer service. I'm tired of the jack around and want my unagi subscription cancelled and my money back or I will go to the news as best buy and unagi are scam artests.

Absolutely do NOT recommend the scooter. It's really easy to have thia thing tip on anything but a completely clean and flat road. I ended up breaking my arm and I've heard of many many other wrist, arm and even face injuries. Stay away.
