Scooter only lasted for less than 100 miles until it just stopped working. The electronics started showing issues where the scooter would just turn off in the middle of a ride. Happened multiple times, which is flat out dangerous because the brake stops working too when the scooter is powered off. Sometimes it would show 0% battery and beep at me when it's fully charged. And then a few minutes later, it'll show me full charge. And now the scooter won't even turn on anymore. It's dead for good. Reached out to customer support, but they've disabled their phone line and live chat. You can only email them, and they're very very slow to get back to you, and they're very reluctant to help you even though I sent them photos and everything. I'm done with Unagi. Never buying another thing from them ever again.

Rides smooth. Battery lasts for a long time. Highly recommend

Has enough speed to make your ride to destination fun and entertaining. You can easily fold when you need to carry up stairs fast.

This scooter is fast enough for neighborhood rides. The solid rubber wheels may turn off some people, but i don't have to worry about flats. It is a little jarring though. The style is very sleek, and not too heavy. Glad I found this in time for the holidays.

The build quality is excellent... I Definitely would recommend the DUAL Motor..... has great torque and hill climbing ability.... The deck is a little on the narrow side, but all in all a great, quality, electric scooter !

Lots of power and lots of fun! We have not tested the range of it, but it done all we needed it to do! Appears to be very well built!

If you have strict space/weight constrains, consider this product. If not, there are plenty alternatives that offer better value.
