You get what you pay for. This camera was cheap in cost and in quality. The first one I received lost it's mind within one day, starting and stopping recording randomly with no control buttons working. I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me another one. This one worked fine for about two weeks and now it's gone brain dead. I'm not returning it again. I'll take my loss as a lesson. You get what you pay for.

It works I guess. It takes too short clips. Usually under an hour. This product needs to be able to record for hours. Not enough max storage capacity at 32g.

Screen went dark on me during the first operation....

constantly froze up and had to be reset. Finally just stopped working at all. In less then a year.

about 2 or 3 minutes after the unit powers on and starts recording it just freezes up and becomes unresponsive and I have to remove all power and hard reset it. after following all directions on unidens website and in the printed manual for correcting this issue it continues to happen. with no foreseeable way of fixing this problem the camera is completely useless

This is the worst camera that can be bought, it stops recording, it is difficult to use the menu, it is definitely not good

Cheap inexpensive car cam. Much better ones out there. Quality of footage is so-so. Good wide angle. It does freeze sometimes

Used this dash cam for about 2 months and it all of a sudden stopped working. The cam would power on and show the logo on the loading screen. Then after about 5-10 seconds it would look like someone smashed the screen of the cam.... too bad it's past the 30 day mark or i would have just returned it.

Its too small for you to review something, the memory card always frozen and stuck

This camera is abosolute trash, I have found that the camera will either not record sometimes and actually very often do I find the camera just straight up freeze up on me and I would have to completely restart my camera and even completely wipe the memory card!!

Item was defective and did not work. It would record a couple seconds of video and then stop recording then start again. Tried to take it back but the store would not take it. Even if you think you should buy it, PLEASE DO NOT BUY. This product is horrible.

The camera locked up after a day and a half of use. Best Buy was kind enough to offer to exchange it. We'll see how long the replacement lasts. Apparently the product has a history of problems. Steer clear.

Save yourself a headache and stay away from this. Do not buy it. Not even for5$ not even free. You wont be able to use it as intended. Will go to the trash on the first week or two. I bought 3 and I returned 3. None work. It keeps turning off and wont record.

I purchased 3 of these and all 3 started freezing like crazy! When the first once started freezing after the first month, I thought it was just a defective one. But one after another they started freezing. Don’t buy!

The Geek Squad team is great! I hooked up the dash cam to my pc and through the remote hook-up, the squad determined that the camera was delivered broken. The Best Buy Tech Service Plan definitely is the way to go!

It seemed fine at first. Suddenly it started scrambling the screen. I would get audio but no video. I returned it yesterday after less than a month of use.

I bought 3 of this before and this is by far the worst model, previous models were better quality. I would definitely not recommend

Took me 30 minutes to set it up and then when I checked the videos I was like yep. Cheap for a reason.
