    It can be hard to find a reliable radar detector. The Uniden has been a great brand for a reasonable price. I would purchase this again.

    Replaced an older cobra detector with this new Uniden R4. Big difference between the two and we really like the new one.

    Easy to use on a daily basis. Best Buy installed this detector in my truck and hard wired it. Awesome service!

    Works great once you get it adjusted. This thing is worthless on highway or city mode. K band constantly goes off every time a car passes with blind spot monitor. Once I got it figured out and run on advanced mode it works pretty well. Not as long range as they claim.

    It's taking a little getting used to this detector from my old passport detector that I've had for years. So far after about 1 month of using the R4 it seems to be as advertised and a reliable detector without breaking the piggybank.

    its a decent tool. but be aware that its completely useless against lidars. got couple of tickets because of that. works ok together with a Waze app.

    It never picked up the police radar, luckily the person i was following had a radar detector that worked

    Nice features few false alarms and good warning. Learns false warnings over time… I recommend only thing missing would be the arrows
