I don't know if it is really an upgrade from R3...

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the R7 as an upgrade to the R3...not sure if it is any better. 1) The arrows are a bit pointless because they are not consistent after multiple directional tests, and the detection distance compared to the R3 was actually not as sensitive! The R3 alerted me earlier each time I had them operating side-by-side. Maybe my settings are off on the R7, but it is a bit of a let down so far.
