    Was having issues with regular remote. Not every unitin my entertainment system was responding to the hand remote but since installation ALL my devices can be readily controlled with the hand remote. Good addition to my set-up.

    Universal remote IR signals were not reaching the home entertainment components because of a challenging cabinet placement. Adding an RF to IR signal booster solved the problem.

    Geo was our service tech for a second time. He is an outstanding installer who has been nothing but service oriented an Outstanding communicator. He was polite and thorough. I’ve never experienced such a professional and polite person ever.

    Works well, we have this in our storage room on a rack with our receiver. We have our projector, DVD player, and Roku hooked up and have had no issues.

    Have been a loyal Harmony user for years. Had the Harmony Elite and hated the touch screen, so Magnolia recommended the URC. Great products.
