    The only thing I can figure that this device does is serves as an IR repeater. I bought another IR repeater that works just fine for $25 through Amazon.

    Way too expensive - over priced. I suggest using your set-top-box remote as a better choice, if you don't have many devices to connect.

    This was the remote hub of the URC that I purchased. I would not recommend getting the URC as this is not at all user friendly.

    Literature says , this device must be programmed by a professional. Apparently the software is not available to the general public. I would not buy this again! The rest of my purchases have been great.

    Hasn't been delivered/installed yet (January 2024) and it was ordered in early October 2023!

    I got it because my universal remote wasn't working right. I spent a day waiting for the installer and it worked fine for 2 days. Now it is worse than before

    If your remote doesnt work it is installer error, it takes an experience installer to program the remote to unlimited possibilities, the remotes need a facelift but the functionality is amazing
