    Remote control seems to be easy to use so far I am very low tech so this may change in the near future.

    Did not purchase, got a return because Best Buy could never make a set up appointment. After my third no show and again with no notification I took all items back and called everything and will no longer do business with Best Buy!

    This remote replaced my old three remotes needed to operate my home theater system. Brock was very knowledgeable in all the components of my system so that he could provide all the needed Macros for the new remote. He also was very patient when explaining how the new remote worked and answered all our questions. So happy to finally have everything we need in one remote that is so intuitive to use.

    I haven't even tried this yet, but the fact that it's virtually impossible for a lay-person like me to set it up (because one almost has to know programing) is a strike against the product, because it required me to pay an extra $200 for the Geek Squad to come out and program it (set it up). $500+ purchase, all-in. Hope it's worth it.

    The installer that Best Buy used to not only install my tv, but programed new URC(Universal Remote Controls)to all my home theatre components for my bedroom. Excellent service.

    It’s really sad this is the only option for a universal remote at this time of technology. We purchased this remote but NOBODY in the Best Buy/Geek Squad has been trained to program it. After 4 visits from GS we finally returned it. It was NOT worth the cost!

    this device does not work. What else has to be said for the dysfunctional devise. I paid $199 for installing this and cannot get it reimbursed.
