    Terrible. I have multiple EarPod pro 2s on my account and had to return one set because they randomly stopped working properly and best buy made a mistake somehow and got my serial #s mixed up so when I tried to return the broken set they said it didn’t show up in the system even tho I had the receipt with the box and EarPods still. Now I’m stuck with a broken pair
