    Fortunately, I have not been required to use AppleCare+ yet because I have had my new MacBook Air for only a short time; however, I have had AppleCare with my other Apple computers, and the servicing agents have always been helpful and efficient.

    Pricy service but then again with apple products you take a risk. Better have and not use it than not having it at all. At least for one year.

    Had to have my iPhone fixed as I dropped it and broke glass. They fixed it in a timely manner.

    It is pretty much useless, never used it. I doubt it would have been beneficial since you can never get ahold of anyone.
