I wanted to see if this kind of thing would help since I work from home all the time still. Waited for a sale to buy.
Works well, bit awkward with the adhesive pads you have to attach to your back. Otherwise, my wife has noticed an improvement in my posture (she was always complaining about me slouching). Having this thing alert you whenever you do slouch has made me more aware of when and where I do.
Sometimes it's a bit TOO helpful, but, in the phone app you can change things like vibration strength and time-until-notification.
If you're doing WFH and concerned about your posture, it's worth the price to improve.

This is a beautiful, easy to use product. It exceeded all my expectations: after less than a week I already feel a change for the better! It's elegant and small, no one sees it under my shirt. I love it.

We bought this for our daughter; she is trying not to slump her posture. It does work as advertised. If you are disciplined to wear it, it will alert you when you are slumping.

It works to remind you to stand up, but she figured out how to circumvent it and then just stopped wearing it all together. So I wouldn't suggest buying it for someone not interested in having good posture, but if you use it it does work.

Who couldn’t use a little posture reminder? Most of us could. The Upright – Go Posture Trainer is just that, it reminds us when we are slouching whether it be while we are sitting, walking, or running and it tells us what time of our day the slouching most occurred.
To begin using your Upright – GO Posture Trainer, the Upright Go app needs to be downloaded to either your phone or desktop. I downloaded it to my phone because that enables me to track my posture through a wider range of physical activities. I charged the device with the charging cord and began the setup.
To turn the device on, press the button on the face of the device one click, and to turn it off press the button for one long press. The device has three LED lights that indicate the following: GREEN shows the device is connected to the app, BLUE indicates that the device is trying to connect to the app and RED shows that the device is winding down and needs to be recharged.
The device comes in a small zip around carrying case with a charging cord and double face adhesive tape strips that are used to attach the device to one’s upper back. A necklace can be purchased separately that fits around your neck and connects via the Micro USB connector. (There is also a smaller version of the Upright -GO named Upright-GO2 that comes in a kit with the necklace. The Upright – GO2 uses a “C” USB connector.)
The device paired easily with my phone and then I was ready to begin tracking and training my posture. The first thing I did was to open the app. Once the app was connected, I double clicked the device to calibrate it. Following the app’s instruction on setting my posture, I set my posture as I applied the device to my upper back between my shoulder blades using the double-faced adhesive tape.
The first few days I just used the device for a training period of 5 minutes to acclimate myself to the vibrations that it makes while slouching, and to adjust the time of seconds before it vibrates after slouching. Through the app the intensity of the vibration can also be set.
It only took a couple of days to realize just how very much I need this device. I’m now wearing it 30 minutes a day. I’m a terrible slouch at the computer where I spend a great deal of my time. I also tend to slouch while walking. I do have scoliosis which could be some of my posture issues while walking, but still I tend to yield to the crooked spine which most definitely makes the crooked spine worse.
I’m excited to say that I think this is really going to help me regain my posture and build back some of the muscle loss that has resulted from too much slouching. I’m ordering the necklace accessory that holds it in place on my back so that I will wear this daily and not worry about its loss.
I recommend this for anyone who might have osteopenia, osteoporosis or just poor posture. This is a simple, straight forward way to help one correct their posture before poor posture leads to other physical deficiencies.

I use it with my iPhone and Apple Watch, and it is really helpful, but with some limitations.
Basically there are two modes: training and tracking. I only use the tracking mode, which send a notification to my Apple Watch after I slouch for 5 minutes.
PRO: the notification really helps to avoid continuous slouch.
CONS: I haven't found a way to reduce the after-5-minute notification interval.
Also, the battery only lasts about half a day, and need to recharge overnight if you use it from morning to evening.

I love this little item. For practically all of my life, I have had bad posture, but not now because of the Upright GO. The buzzing can get a little annoying at first, but it helps you to remember to stay upright. It’s perfect for an office or school setting. Now I remember to stand up even without it, but I still use it to track my posture throughout the day just to see my progress.

I had been wanting one of these four a few months and finally bought one. It helped my posture more than I thought it would. It was not uncomfortable or hard to use. After about 1 week, the removable tape doesn't stick to your back well and you have to switch it out. The necklace attachment works best.

I purchased this item in hopes that it would help with my posture. I cannot say with certainty that is has. I have worn it twice however I am waiting for the necklace attachment to be delivered because during the time I wore it it had fallen of twice. My skin was cleansed with alcohol & it was put on correctly. I think the necklace attachment will help. The item itself was $50 on sale then another $20 for the necklace. I just feel my money would be better spent on a strap.
The app is user friendly & they do send reminders if you chose!

I've used this trainer for the last two weeks and it has helped me be more aware of my posture. Whether in training or tracking mode, it is a reminder to help me sit up straight. The one sticky appears to last about a week and the battery lasts about 1 day if left on training mode all day.

Works well, not as good for on the go as I hoped but better than a brace I think.
It sticks well, but I’m always afraid it will fall off and I will lose it so I don’t wear it out and about. When I am home I am chasing a toddler and cleaning so I’m constantly leaning over and it goes off as if I’m slouching. If I had had this when I worked a desk job it would have been ideal!

This Little Guy is Actually Easier Than I Thought!

So I was actually pretty leery of a device I had to attach to my back and wear for any amount of time going into this purchase, but I was pleasantly surprised.
First off, I'm a dude and I have lots of hair everywhere. I did have to trim a little spot between my shoulder blades so the adhesive could stick to my back. I don't think ladies will have this issue, but be aware that if you have back hair, the adhesive is going to have a hard time staying in place. On the plus side, I've been using the same adhesive pad for 3 days without it losing any stickiness.
Now that we're dong shaving our backs, onto the cool stuff. This little posture tracker actually keeps you aware of your posture through it's app and vibrates when you go full primate at your desk or on the couch. I work on a computer most of the day so this is pretty important. I find myself much more aware of my posture now, even when I'm not wearing the device.
Also, I believe that this was supposed to be worn all day, but the recommendation is only to wear it for short periods during the day while at your workstation or doing something that invokes crappy posture. Once it's on though you won't feel it, so be careful not to lose it if you're out and about.
Pros:
Small and lightweight, you won't notice it once it's stuck between your shoulder blades
Vibration can be adjusted to be a little less jarring if the default setting is too intense
Charge seems to last for several sessions
Adhesive pads seem to last for several sessions
Cons:
Hair is going to make it difficult to stick to your back
One more item to charge
Obviously you have to actually stick it on your back to gain any benefits
Overall this device is a reasonable price to pay to invest in your health and make you aware of just how bad your posture is.If you've ever been told by others that your posture is bad, maybe now's the time to invest in a device like this one.

I've tried posture trainers that you wear and strap into...none of those were comfortable or they were too easily seen. This was well worth the cost. It comes with extra stickies and swabs to clean. You "program" it before each wear, so you can kinda "set" how well you will stand up straight that wear. It has two modes: train or what I think of as practice or reminders. The vibration is subtle enough so it doesn't startle you, but you still feel it.

We decided to try this out, specifically with my 13 yo daughter. The device itself is light and very easy to conceal underneath clothing (even school uniforms!) it pairs quickly and easily with any smartphone. After setup, simply apply it as directed. Adhesive strips were supplied. I attached easily and stayed in place all day, even during dance rehearsals and moderate exercise. 2 modes- training mode and tracking. Training mode delivers a small vibration when tilted, tracking mode keeps a report of your posture without active correction.
For the device to function properly and reports to be valid, it needs to be placed in or very close to the same location. Also, it seems designed for upper spine posture, not for issues with lumbar or pelvic tilt.
Overall a nice design and product that could be very helpful to those looking to improve posture!!

I purchased a pair of these for my daughter & I - both slouchers. We both wore them for the first few days. After that it was just me... I eventually got tired of the sticky tape and paid for the rubber necklace, which got me using it again - for a while.
As I am writing this I'm felling guilty because I'm getting nagging reminders to wear it (from the iPhone app).
It did help, but it can be a PITA if you need to lean down multiple times a day (tie shoes, get laundry out, etc...) as it buzzes you to tell you to stand up straight. Obviously that is the point of the device, but maybe some fuzzy logic that says if you are bending down 50+ degrees, don't buzz.
