Seems to do the job

Not a tacky feel, which makes it easy to get in and out of my pocket, but matte enough to keep it from sliding off hard surfaces. Doesn't have a screen protector other than the corners protrude just enough to keep the screen from directly touching surfaces.

It is very slim, but has good protection on corners. I like the raised and textured buttons. They give a positive feedback when pushing them.
