Working from home , i needed a trendmill that could be used while working and recently got this . So far i really like it . It was easy to install, just needed to connect the power cord and add battery to the remote. Does not make much noise , very quiet . Can be easily moved around using the front wheels but need at least 2 person to lift it. I keep it under the desk most times but can be kept under the bed as well . Overall very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

I bought it on July 15, 2024 and I called the month I needed to change it since the belt is going to one side, I use it and it is wearing out, I fell, I sent photos I did not feel safe, they told me at Best Buy that I had to call the company directly, they did not offer insurance at the time of purchase, I wrote to the company, they answered me they told me to send photos and the machine number, I sent them to them and to this day they have not said anything, I do not give a star and a lot for this product, I do not know how Best Buy does that with those companies that do not care about the customer.

I recently purchased a standing desk and decided to get a treadmill also. This caught my eye being a very low profile, light weight when moving it around, and simple to use with the ease of access to your miles, calories, time, etc at view. I did hear after watching a youtube video to lubricate the belt before using and I did add a little bit of oil as instructed. The only issue which became more clear as I understood was happening was aligning the belt back to center. It's best to count how many turns you do for each side. Then as instructed let the machine run on low speed and see if it stays centered. If not, then turn off the device and tighten one side one, turn it on, until you get it right.

I was super excited to receive this and keep using everyday. It’s very quiet and can fit under my bed. It doesn’t weight much so it can moved to every room in the house with no problem since it was wheels on the front. The control is small on a lanyard that is used to control speed and pause when in use. My only fear you be to misplace the control and there isnt another way to control the machine. It’s long enough to put a desk over the walking pad and have enough room to walk comfortably while working. Even my kiddos loved walking on the lowest speed and watching TV. No assembly required beside plugging it in and putting the battery in the control. Comes with instructions, oil, tool.

It's been very hot out here in CA and haven't been able to go for my walks outside, even if I wake up early! I had another walking pad just like this, but the biggest part of was half an inch higher than this one, so it would not fit under my couch, and I eventually gave it away. This one I looked at the dimensions, and verified it would fit. Now I can walk for 30 mins at 3.6mph without having to deal with 80f at 8AM. Comes with a handy little remote with a lanyard so you can run and hold onto it to adjust your speeds, and hang it up somewhere when not in use. My previous walkingpad's remote did not have a lanyard and I kept misplacing it! What a difference that little cable makes! What a difference half an inch in height makes. I love this.

The walk pad is a great little machine to use when there is no time to walk outside. It's reasonably quiet, I can watch TV and use it. Great Buy!

Perfect size. I use it in my living room. the max speed is 4mph. It keeps track of the time you walk, calories burned, steps taken. My only issue is the belt randomly shifting and having to adjust it by manually turning the tool and getting on and off of it walking to see if it returnes to the proper position. But other than that I have had no issues.

Great purchase. We'll made and I really liked the screen. Numbers are large enough to see while you're walking on it. Also, I really like that it has a slow stop function.

Buyers beware: Same issue as user 4 days ago. The tread will start to lean one way or the other and its nearly impossible to "recalibrate" "Luckily" it probably won't happen to you till you're outside of the 15 day return policy Best buy offers and will be forced to beg the manufacture for help with your fairly newly purchased treadmill. Which is now a 100 pound paper weight that shoots plastic everywhere anytime you turn it on. You're better off with a conventional treadmill or gym membership over this.

Was too big for my space. It was massive and really heavy. Had to return.

I was very impressed with the size and weight of the treadmill. It is very quiet and easy to use. I really like that it has wheels. It makes it really easy to store and move around. I highly recommend this product.

I love that it has a wider runway than most walking pads. Ill use this working at home and i dont need to fall while im om a zoom call. I also like that it comes with a remote so I dont have to consistently lean over to start or stop.

I was so excited to receive this and it did not disappoint! Feels very sturdy when walking and the screen is easy to read. Setup was a breeze!

I absolutely love this, excited to start using on a daily basis to get into shape!!
