Great product for syncing iPod shuffles to my laptop!

This works as it should but seems awful pricey. Make sure not to lose the original plug.

I ordered two other ones on line from the Apple Store on Amazon, and neither one of them worked, I went to Best Buy found the one I needed in the store, brought it home, and it worked perfectly. Great!!!!!!!!

Length of cable - over 45 inches makes it easy to plug into computer and can be rolled up for storage. Less wear and tear on chord and the connectors are much more solid than smaller versions I've used.

Needed to replace a lost cable for my Shuffle and this fits the bill perfectly. No need to throw out the old tech just due to a lost cable.

LOOKED AT SEVERAL STORES AND COULD NOT FIND THIS ITEM. " WE DON'T STOCK THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE OLD TECHNOLOGY." WALKED INTO BEST BUY AND PICKED IT UP AND OUT OF THE STORE IN MINUTES.

I was told originally that I would have to go directly to Apple to get this item, but I went to another location and they brought me right to what I needed and it works great!

Bought this to be certain that the iPod would work in the minivan.

The replacement part for my iPod allowed me to use my iPod again.

I bought Insignia cables and cables off the internet and all gave me problems. Sticking to certified apple products from now on and saving myself the hassle.

This is ideal for my IPOD and excellent purchase so that I can travel with the spare. I use it all the time and can't leave home without it. Great purchase.

Glad to buy this cord; the cheap ones online don't work with the newer generations of iPod shuffles. This one, being an Apple product, works great!

Having bought items I used...then didn't...I bought the Shuffle to 'walk' with...was only $50. I like it....it's small, holds a tremendous amount of music, tucks into my purse. I might even upgrade to a Nano or iPod...after I find out if Apple will still support them - I hear there are plans to discontinue production. I think the basic difference between the Shuffle and the other two is capacity and ability to visually 'choose' what you want to listen to - but don't quote me.

The original charger cable is only a couple inches and is far too easily lost. Length is not conducive to loss. Thank you for that.

Although the short cable is the same as previous ones, the longer cable has made an improvement. The longer cable seems to be less prone to breaking near the 3.5mm connection. The short cables only last me a few months.

I lost my first one and needed a replacement. This worked great and it came in both long and short version.

Purchased this for my son for his ipod shuffle. It is charging his device with no problems. Great item.
