    Awesome in looks and sound!

The V-MODA Wireless 2 series are the latest evolution of their famous M100 (the "king of headphones"), and the sound has improved over the older series by flattening the bass slightly. The deep bass is still as solid and detailed as ever, and from what I hear, it's because they use double-diaphragm drivers.

I am a big Vmoda fan. I waited for this second generation model to come out. The sound in these are almost as good as when they wired. Wireless lasts up to 15 hours as specified. Comfort is good for hours at a time. Compact and stylish. Build quality is as expected. The buttons take a little getting used to. I highly recommend for the price. Best in class for sure.

Can be either wired or wireless which is great if you’re on the go. Great bass and sound quality. Noise canceling could be better compared to other products like beats or Bose but the build quality of the product is very good and it’s very lightweight.

    What’s a treble?

TL;DR Good if you’re only listening to Electronic, Hip-Hop and similar genres. However at this price point, I would expect it to do well in everything else. These look great, like nothing else on the market. Quite comfortable, and built like a tank. Pretty easy to connect to and I didn’t have any Bluetooth issues. To start, these do sound better wired and even better connected to a dac/amp. My first impressions were very disappointing. Huge bass, recessed mids, and a treble nowhere to be heard. This was mainly listening to pop, R&B and the like. Lots of mid focused music. (Yes I know these are DJ headphones, but I started with what I usually listen to to get a good starting point.) Moving on to some electronic music such as Porter Robinson, Louis the Child, and Masson, these really start to shine. I’d still recommend boosting the treble, but these really sound fun and exciting when you listen to the right genre. The bass takes the center stage, as you’d expect, but it extends deep, it’s fast, controlled and doesn’t bleed too much into the mids. The mids aren’t much to write home about, they’re recessed but they’re there. Once again, not much treble but it’s enough to compliment the bass. Soundstage isn’t great, imaging was okay, and detail was decent but subpar at this price. I personally thought that the Beats Studio 3’s were more well-rounded headphones. They have less impact in the lower frequencies, and certainly don’t reach as deep, but they have a bit more treble that makes it better for more genres and everyday listening. I will say that these V-Moda’s are more fun, clearer, and more detailed. However, at this price point, you can get the Studio 3’s for considerably cheaper due to the constant discounts. If you need wireless headphones, I personally think that the Sony WH-1000x series are much better overall than both the V-Moda’s and Beats. But if you need a pair as a DJ set, these are quite good and will last you a long time.

The VMODA company is awesome at what it does. It makes headphones almost indestructible and they sound great. I was looking for something different and this set just didn't have it although they were awesome and sounded great. I wanted to see what a true Audiophile wanted in a headphone so I had to go and buy something by Focal, a media player with MQA, and yep even more because I had to amp that sound up too... Look guys go with the Vmoda and be happy because although there is a difference in the sound it's almost crazy to carry a second laptop bag for your sound setup and to be honest... I worry all the time if my equipment will be damaged. Guess I am an audiophile now... Music sounds like an 8track from my dad's old truck on my girls system kinda wish I didn't know...

    Exchanged my H9i for these

I originally bought the Sony WH-1000XM3 wasn't 100% satisfied and exchanged for the Bang & Olufsen BeoPlay H9i. Those sounded a lot cleaner and crisper. Just didn't have the deep bass I was looking for. I took those back and bought, got $ back, the V-Modas. These sound good. No, they are not as crisp as the H9i nor do they have ANC, but they do sound good and the bass is better. For the ANC I use my Dolby Dimension headphones. I do recommend buying the XL ear cups for the V-Modas. The are thicker and give a better sound stage. They are simple to replace once you get over the anxiety of tearing apart a $300+ pair of cans. The pads will be about $20. I don't recommend getting an off brand set to save 2 bucks. Get the ones mada by V-Moda.

They work better than I expected. The sound quality is very good, they pair up with devices easily, and they are comfortable to wear for long lengths of time. After charging them I listened to a program on TV with these on while my fiance, who works from home, held a lengthy conversation on the phone near me. I did not hear her conversation and I was able to enjoy the TV show without distracting her.

I know they are a little pricey but I love these headphones. Have owned V-Moda headphones for years and these do not disappoint. Great sound quality and battery life is pretty good too. If mine in the very off chance happened to pucker out tomorrow I would not hesitate to go get another pair, but V-Moda has a great warranty so I don’t really need to worry about that. Would take these over beats any day.

The sound profile is slightly different from the original Crossfade Wireless, with a little more bass thrown in, but it's still a great set in wired and wireless mode. Battery life still needs some work, the cushions are waaaaay more comfortable, and the folding hinges are a wonderful addition.

The sound quality is amazing. Lows and high are both there. The mids are as well. I’ll admit, after an hour or so, I find myself having to adjust because they can get hot on my ears. Had to purchase the XL pads too.

At first, I was about to take them back, I thought something was wrong with them. They sounded terrible. After some time to wear in they sound great. If you are looking at beats because of bass, skip them and get these, they have bass, and it's defined not just a rumbley sound.

I have several high end headphones both wireless and wired and these smoke them all. Clarity is amazing, Bass is amazing. But what is truly amazing is the separation of all frequencies and tones.

Definitely not the headphones for me, or anyone else with human sized ears. The clamping pressure is tight out of the box, which isn't really an issue if you go out of your way to stretch it out at the beginning of your purchase to loosen it up. Earmuffs are *very* small. They do sell XL versions of the earmuffs on Amazon, but I went for a different pair of headphones instead since the audio on these wasn't overly impressive. Bluetooth manages to stay connected and consistent, but the short battery life means that you'll be having to charge this thing daily if you're a heavy consumer like me. Audio was comparable to my $35 Somic G941, which is a compliment since the G914 trades blows with $250 headphones for breakfast. The absolute only thing this headphone has going for it is build quality. It feels very sturdy and malleable, like you could have a wrestling match with it and it'd come out unscathed. Not that I did that. Beyond that it's a flashy yet average to mildly beyond average pair of headphones, while also being extremely uncomfortable. Condensation was building up on my ears also; which can be an issue if it gets into the drivers in the long run. Overall, wouldn't recommend. If you want balanced, crisp audio go for the HD560s, if you want insane bass / battery life go for the Skullcandy Evo, If you want ANC go for the Sony.

These were excellent-sounding headphones, but the ones I'd purchased were more than likely in my store's high-end headphones case for way longer than they should have been. I got them home and paired them with my computer without any issues. Drove them for a few hours before calling it a night. Woke up the following morning to find that the headphones just would not power on anymore--ridiculous, as I had them sitting on the charger all night to make sure they were ready to go the next morning. They work perfectly (and in some cases, better) wired in directly, but if I paid $350 for a pair of wireless headphones I would want to make sure the wireless functionality works without flaws. I returned them within two days and swapped them out for a pair of Sennheisers. The sound quality of these V-Modas were excellent, I had no complaints about that. The build quality of them was fantastic. Connectivity was great while it worked. The fact the battery supposedly died within 12 hours to never work again is just ridiculous and hopefully something that they will fix in updated models. My only real biggest complaint aside from its defect was that the ear cups were a little bit too small. These are not over-the-ear headphones unless you've got some small ears.

I first bought the Bose QC ii originally to listen to a lot of music and some quiet listening. However, I was disappointed in them, the audio quality sounded like you were in a box. But these ones are by far more superior. Although they do not have noise cancellation, they get loud enough to drown out other sounds. And the sound is more full and wider range than the Bose QC. It’s a great purchase and I’d recommend to all.
