Sound is terrible. I have a 19 dollar pair of nachamichis sound better then these. Head strap is way to tight. And sadly i didnt notice those flimsy wires that can get snagged on anything an ruin em. Big waste of money.

Ran into issues with a set of headphones I had just purchased (Audio Technica SR6BTs) so I decided to give these a go as they were on clearance for a very enticing price. The first thing I noticed is how high quality everything is. Even the box they came in was built ready to survive a bomb going off. The use of metals and even the fact that they made the wire going into the cup a braided line shows these are built to last. They're extremely flexible but hold form. These things are tanks. Moving on I was a bit disappointed in the buttons. They are a bit difficult to push and are made of an extremely cheap feeling plastic. It's a bit of a shock compared to everything else because it all feels so high quality. They work as advertised and I doubt that they're going to fall off or anything. Considering the price of the headphones and the build quality of the rest of the device it's a bit of a let down. Powering them on they connected quickly to my Galaxy S8 and without fuss. There's no app to download to fine tune sound so I loaded up music and pressed play. The first thing I noticed was the bass. It's a thundering bass. Depending on the song it can overpower the rest of the music, but not in a bad way and typically those songs are composed that way anyways. It was very impressive. Moving on to songs lighter on the bass with more focus on pure sound and vocals (i.e. acoustic) and I was surprised at how great they sound. Typically a bass-focused headphone sacrifices high and mid range qualities but I don't feel as though it was done with these. You can pick up the sound of the guitar pick, someone in the background holding a beat by tapping on their guitar, etc. A stomp with their boot on the floor to add to the music comes across with a solid thump exactly as it should. You're immersed in it exactly like a set of good headphones should do. The whole spectrum of music is covered with these and it blew me away. Anymore it seems like affordably priced headphones are geared towards one end of the musical spectrum and I don't feel like that's the case with these Crossfades. From acoustic to EDM, from rap to metal, all ends of it sound fantastic and I'm not left sitting here wanting for improvement in one category or another. While the cheap buttons annoy me, once you're paired and the volume is set they don't matter anymore. At that point you dive right into a great sound quality that leaves you wanting to sit on the couch and jam away all day. These sound absolutely fantastic.

I purchased these as a gift. I bought one for my son and one for my daughter-in-law and they are still working amazingly. They take them every time they go on the road, vacation, whatever, they use them and they say they're the best headphones they've ever had.

I have been shopping around for a nice pair of wireless headset. Tried Bose Soundlink Around Ear , Sennheiser BT 4.50, Sony MDR 100ABN. I'm very much impressed with V-Moda purchase overall (for price). BOSE Sony Sennheiser V-Moda Sound: 4/5 4/5 3.5/5 5/5 Comfort 5/5 3/5 4/5 4/5 Portability: 4/5 4/5 4/5 3.5/5 (do not fold) BT range : 5/5 4/5 4/5 4/5 BT Calls: 4/5 4/5 4/5 4/5 Durability: 4/5 4/5 3/5 5/5 Appearance: 4/5 4/5 3.5/5 4.5/5 Controls: 5/5 4/5 4/5 3.5/5 Battery: 4/5 4/5 5/5 3.5/5 Price(1/19/18): $229 $199 $149 $165 Sony and Sennheiser comes with Noice cancellation and they both do well for the price range. V-Moda has noice isolation which is better than Bose. V-moda Pros : Sound, Excellent comfort(upgrade to XL cushions for $20), Durability, Noice Isolation, 3.5mm cable comes with mic (superb for wired calls) Finally its price $$$$. Cons: Portability ( They do no fold) but I like the hard case. Controls (I feel they could be placed better) Verdict : If you care about Sound quality than anything else, go buy them! Note: I have observed these headphones sounds better day by day. Use atleast for 2 - 3 days to see them shine.

cant believe the clarity these headphones provide! ive heard details in songs ive listened to for years that ive never heard before. the bass isnt overwhelming and theres a healthy amount of mid and high range that really provides an immersive experience. I have showed a few of my friends that have promptly bought a pair of there own within hours of trying these on. I look forward to using these for years to come.

I love the flexibility of going wireless, even though the sound is best when connected with a corded plug. Based of the particular song, the bass can be a bit boomy when connected by Bluetooth. The direct connection cleans up the sound, superbly and sounds absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! These are ABSOLUTELY the best headphones that I've owned and I believe they sound even better than the Beats Studio headphones.
