If you've played past titles then this is exactly more of that. For a collectors edition for $30 this is fantastic.

In addition to being a great game, this version of Valkyria Chronicles 4 comes with some great extras, including a beautiful tank figurine. Its incredible how closely to other platforms the Switch version runs. This is a must have for anyone interested in the franchise.

4th game in the series not including the action side game. You dont have to play the other 2 games that were made in in english dub to understand this game. It is amazing to go back to the same style as the first game. well worth it!

I’m not a fan of Anime, and I don’t like the “youthful” portrayal of Army combatants, but I understand the need to attract the teen audience. Also, the storytelling is slow and cumbersome, and unnecessarily crude and sexist. However, the story is important to gain clues on matching up your best squad organizations. The game has interesting adjustments based upon your performance as a squad and the choices you make. Tactically, the battles are challenging and it takes time to learn what each member can do and how best to use them. Often, I felt the “chaos of war” as members of my squad were shot down from seemingly nowhere. The game becomes addicting and challenging, often feeling that a battle needs to be repeated to get a better score and correct poor choices. The complexity of the game is intoxicating at times. The deluxe package has an awesome model of the tank and a lovely hard-copy of the lead character’s journal, as well as some additional episodes to play. Questionable if worth the additional cost.

The Valkyria Chronicles is a great series with there unique turn based combat if you are new to the series this is definitely one you should pick up!

Was hoping to get a strategy game for the little ones to play. Was recommended this one by the sales associate. Not a very kid friendly interface and took the little guy awhile to get the grasp of. Just wanted to let fellow parents know that.

Game is fun, the limited edition is even better. Box was bigger than I expected. Worth it, especially if u still have gamers club unlocked.

it is fun fun in the sun. but seriously, if you liked the FIRST one you will really like this one. Brought to modern age, too.

If you played and liked the first you will probably enjoy this one also. I am enjoying it. The battle edition is nice.

This collectors editions is everything I wanted. I love anime and this item fits me so well. Goes great in my room

The journal alone is with the price of admission, but the Tank diorama makes it all the sweeter.
