Perfect for gift giving to someone who loves video games

I was about to buy a newly released video game for my husband on CD-rom but a Steam gift card was an even better idea, especially given that many comuters don't have a CD drive and games downloaded on Steam are stored in the cloud forever.

My son loves playing Steam games, and Best Buy had a great promotion on the gift cards! The package with the cards arrived quickly.

My son loves Steam Games. We often do gift cards as gifts because we know he will enjoy them. However I also like them because I don’t have to put my credit card in online every time he wants a game or add on.

What can you say. It is a Steam card that you can buy so that you don't have to give your kids the credit card to keep on Steam. Nice to have some control over the kids video game spending as well as one less place to store you CC info online.

Enter store. Go to gift card kiosk. Grab card from kiosk. Turn around and purchase card at register. Leave store with a $50 Steam gift card. Become aware of the vast speed at which you are hurtling through the universe.

It's steam wallet funds, great for those that don't have a credit card or don't want to link a card to steam. Also excellent choice to use up Best Buy in-store Rewards if there's nothing specific one wants.

I can't give it a 5 star rating, as with every code reveal, I have had to contact customer support. My codes either lift with the strip, or are unreadable. Support for customers is above and beyond expectation. Else the rating would have been lower.

I'm honestly only doing this for the 25 reward zone points. The fact that I received an email to review a gift card seems a bit ridiculous. Looks like I hit the 50 character minimum. Enjoy steam and find me on their with the nickname from this review.
