If you want to be able to add Steam funds paying cash instead of a card, this is the way to go. Also you get Best But points buying them this way.

I bought this to take part of the recent Steam sale. I was a bit disappointed that Best Buy doesn't have digital codes, but they offered free next day delivery, so that satisfied me. The wallet gift cards are easy to use. I've used them multiple times. I recommend them.
