Save a headache and don't buy from best buy

I have been trying to get someone to help with this gift card for A WEEK, and nothing. They just keep telling me to contact steam, because it is "activated" on their end, but steam told me IT IS NOT ACTIVATED. This is not steams fault, but best buys. I have called a million times, even went to best buy in person and I'm told time and time again go to talk to steam, and steam said they cannot do anything on their end. Best buy stole $20 from me and refuse to truly help. Everyone I talk to online, tells me to call best buy, I call and then I'm transferred to someone else, and then transferred to someone else, and the cycle continues. I would like to purchase steam gift cards in the future but it will NOT be from best buy.

He likes to play games when he is not protecting our troops after his call of duty. I am blessed to be able to give to our troops.

Check the card asap

I recommend checking if the card was properly activated day of purchase so that they can refund you your money that same day. Took me a while to go through both best buy and steam support to get my money back, happy to say that best buy did in fact give me my money back for my full order.

Don't TRUST Your STORES

Even though I was the one that scratched off the back of the cards that looked brand new! How disappointed my friends son was when he tried to download his gift. $200. WASTED!!

My card deliver to another person address

It was deliver to another home address near my place which i couldn't get. You can find out and do investigation on it . Im highly disappointed
