Want card was purchased in the store got home to reveal code on the back of the card into the system system told me that the card code was already used even though I had purchased this card as a brand new one in the store. This also pertains to the other steam cards of value of 30 50 and $100

Was told could use with Oculus Rift, information was incorrect.

His was a waste of money. Never figured out how to redeem it on their website. Couldn’t get my money back unfortunately.

These cards are outdated and shouldnt be sold anymore

as a boomer nana i have no freaking idea what Steam is, but my 15 yr-old grandson absolutely loved his christmas present of two Steam gift cards. way to go Best Buy!

This is the 2nd time we have ordered these shipped to home and they arrived without being activated. Had to call to get them activated.

Steam has amazing games to choose from! Although what would make this 100x better is if i pay for it online i should be able to get it in my email by code not have to go to the store to pick up a physical card

An email was sent to activate the card but I missed it. I gave the gift unactivated.

Arrived as a folded and cracked piece of cardboard. Unsuitable to give as a gift, yet impossible to return.

Im trying to purchase this with my gift card i got for christmas and it will not let me. It says it is good to go, and i have no other amount due. When i click confirm purchase, it tells me i have to pay for a protection plan, i dont want a protection plan. Will i have to come into the store physically and purchase these gift cards with my gift card?
