Had to explain to the recipient that they could use the money for anything on Steam and not just the game on front of the card. I like the $30 denomination, but wish it just had s general steam logo on it.

I bought these online and had them shipped to my house as they were not in my area. Once they arrived to my house I tried to enter them into steam and it did not work. I went back to a Best Buy near me to tell them what happened and they did not want hear it. I told them if there was a way that they could activate it for me and said no and that it was pending activation. Went to another best buy near me and they said i had to contact steam. Steam did not have any way for me to contqct them about my issue and kept making me go in circles trying to find a way to activate them. To come to realize that they were never activated in the first place. I bought them, had them shipped to me and wherever best but they came from, the person never activated the cards. Went back to original first Best Buy to ask if they could check the cards because this did not make sense. They scanned the cards after me asking 3 times and finally scanned them to see that they indeed were never activated. They told me to wait a day as it said that they were pending and i saw that it asked me to pay. I knew what the problem was the whole time and made it seem as if I did not know i was talking about. Came back the next day like they asked and the cards were still not activated and i ended up gettign a refund.

The card makes it quick and easy to get your games thru the steam portal

only been about 8 days but so far no issues...hopefully it can hold its own

I bought this as a gift for someone that enjoys gaming. I figured they could use this to get things they want instead of wasting money on something they may not be into. You can always get great deals on Steam so a gift card can go a long way. Exactly what I expected it to be and very pleased.

I bought this for teenage grandson. His parent suggested a gift card for gaming. He really appreciated it as he enjoys gaming and adding items in games. This is a perfect gift for a teenager. It takes the guesswork out of choosing the right gift!

Buying anything for a PC gamer is tough if you do not know much about it. Get a steam card! Steam constantly has saless going on and most likely your PC gamer is going to love this as a gift! Get at least a minimum of $30. Trust me.

We are basically ordering all our games online at the moment and using the Steam card is easy and allows you to save quite a bit of money at the same time. The only thing that we didn’t enjoy was that we pre-ordered the new Resident Evil game and were unable to download it. They returned or money to the card but I could have pre-ordered it at a store and gotten a discount but I preferred to do it with the card so now if we want the game we will have to pay full price. They should send us the he discount money we lost as well. Other than that it has been working very well.
