I love using steam so the gift cards are great for converting cash to credits without having a card.

Gift card work without issue, scratch off area to reveal redemption code is somewhat difficult to use requires a thin implement, a dime was successful but a quarter was too thick

I think everyone knows how difficult it is to find PC games in the store these days; this is a great option as a gift to allow people to choose their own games. The Steam store has a great library, awesome prices and updates frequently with new in game content automatically. I recommend this to anyone searching for that perfect gift.

Great product. Just wish there wasn't a online store limit of 4 gift cards per purchase (per 24 hours). It can be a bit inconvenient at times, especially if you plan on giving these out as a gift to friends/family. Some games cost more than 80 dollars obviously. Just seems silly to have to wait another 24 hours and make a whole separate order just for one extra card. Would be nice if the online store either raised the limit to 5 per order or just at least just offered $100 dollar steam gift cards. Aside from that, Steam cards are a nice product. Easy to use. The delivery this time was a bit scuffed. It was over a week late, because apparently the card was lost in transit, but I think that's more on Fedex than Best Buy.

Great way to add to your wallet - my only wish is if they had a digital way to obtain funds, as well as a larger dollar amount to claim.

I bought this on impulse because I was impressed by the design. I wanted something that would let me play all the interesting and quirky indie games I'd heard people say I had to "get on Steam." It's sleek and very lightweight--extremely portable. Unfortunately, it's impossible to play games on this. For starters, there's no screen that I can see. There aren't even any controls! I think I figured out how to connect it to the internet but I'm not sure since there's no way to test it that I can find. I may have to call the customer service number listed on the back to get some help, because it didn't come with a user manual. I'm still giving five stars because it looks really nice and once I get some games downloaded onto it I'm sure it will quickly become my favorite gaming tool! But in the future, I think the Steam people should consider a more user-friendly design.

Nightmare experience - DO NOT buy steam gift cards online from bestbuy.com!!! It’s a total scam! I bought two $20 cards as a Christmas gift - they were shipped without issue but on Christmas morning they wouldn’t load (steam cards from other stores like Amazon loaded without issue). We called Steam customer service who said they were not activated by Best Buy before they were mailed. I chatted with Best Buy customer support who acknowledged that Steam support was correct about them not being activated and said they would activate them. 1 week later, 7 chats/phone calls, hours wasted and the gift cards still show an invalid product code and steam says they’re not activated. Customer service was a mess- chat failed to fix the issue- then phone support sent me to Best Buy gift card service who cannot help with steam cards so transferred back to customer service. That rep told me there are no managers to assist which seemed odd and told me they were activated despite Steam verifying the issue was at Best Buy. At first the rep told me there could be no refunds but then said I could go to the store for a refund- I explained I am an active duty soldier living overseas where there are no best buy stores and they just kept telling me to go to the store. I will give applause to Steam customer support who said they’d call and speak to a Best Buy manager if I can get a name and number for them but since it’s an online purchase and I was told repeatedly on the phone there are no managers I seem to be out of luck… I’m out $40- and I ruined a kids Christmas Will avoid ever purchasing from best buy again- worst customer service ever

It’s a gift card you scratch it to reveal the number in the back put all the information on Steam and use it. Oh don’t freak out if it doesn’t work the first time when I purchase mine I waited for like at least a couple hours before it got activated it was already night and Best Buy was closed already but good thing I waited because I was ready to return it, or exchange it for something else
