So-so, but be careful with batteries

Vanity Planet's scrubber has a good price going for it, and it's safe to use in the shower, which is a big plus. But I imagine it's very subjective whether you like how well it works or not. It only has basic on/off and no speed or intensity settings. My spouse said it worked fine for general body scrubbing and exfoliation, but it felt too harsh for her face and wasn't powerful enough for the calluses on her feet. It's okay for some extra scrubbing once per week, but nothing more than that. Your mileage may vary, of course. The big downside to this thing is the batteries. It requires four AA batteries to run, which seems like a lot to me. The battery chute is also quite tight. You typically have to tap out regular alkaline batteries and so far I haven't found any rechargeable AA that can be safely extracted. I've tried several different rechargeable AA batteries, all from nationally recognized brands, and all are a little wider than regular alkaline ( after some online searching, it seems pretty much all normal rechargeable AA batteries are like this ). I've never had another device where this size variance was an issue, but batteries are pinched quite tight in the Vanity Planet scrubber. The manual warns against using lithium rechargeable batteries, but says NiMH, NiCd, and most others should be okay. Battery life seems to be good ( which it should with 10,000 mAh ). So far with over an hour use it's still going strong. But repeatedly buying four new alkaline AA batteries to run this thing seems very costly in the long run. I'd much rather the scrubber was $10 more expensive and it had its own built-in rechargeable battery.

This is an easy to use product that does its job well. Its easy to use right out of the box and works even better than other branded items that are similar. The multiple brush heads work well with each other and left my skin feeling refreshed and smooth. It wasn't too rough, and didn't irritate my face, though the pumice stone is a weeee bit beyond what I need. I havn't used the body brush very much because thats more a shower use (which this is safe to use in the shower), I mainly use this for my face at night before bed. Overall, works very well, I like that you can change the heads for different uses, and that it spins rather than just vibrates.

    Decent cleansing brush

I will start out by saying I have used a cleansing brush before. That one was about the same price but only came with 1 brush head. I like the different options on the brush heads. The stone works great for getting the dry dead skin cells off. The large body brush is nice for easy to reach areas but I honestly don’t see myself using that much. The 2 face brushes are very alike, except one is for exfoliating. I already use exfoliating face wash so I won’t be using that one much. However my daughter has been using it as well as the soft face brush and it seems to be helping with the acne she has been getting on her nose. She is 10 so she’s not great at washing her face and this seems to help get the acne wash deeper into her pores. All in all it just depends on if your interested in using a cleansing brush. Some people don’t see the use in them. I however find it depends on you skincare needs and preferences.

    Effective Cleanser

I really enjoyed the variety of attachments that this cleanser came with for multiple parts of the body. The two facial brush attachments cleaned my skin well and left my face feeling smooth. The body brush was a good size for use on arms and legs, but I felt the pumice stone was a bit small and didn't work very well. The one thing I would've liked to see would be different speeds for the cleanser. It circulates very fast and it'd be great if it had slower speeds. Overall, it's a solid buy but most beneficial for the face.

This is a nice little scrub set. I like the different fittings for face and body as well as the explanation for each head that's included. The device runs on batteries and is not rechargeable so it's convenient for travel as you don't need to remember a cord. I have mildly sensitive skin and had no issue using this. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a basic scrub brush set or a starter set. It's a sleek looking item as well. No complaints.

Unit looks nice, weight is good, and batteries (not included) went in easy. The 'grippy' rubber certainly helps in the shower. All of the accessories except the callous remover work without a hitch and are a great addition to the shower experience. Unfortunately the unit does not have the power to make the callous remover a feasible option - it simply bogs down. So if that was a main reason for looking at this product, look elsewhere.

My teen daughter who is now all worried about her appearance, LOL, but is kinda lazy, loves this machine. Makes scrubbing quick and easy and with the different attachments for different parts of your body, it was awesome. The only real negative is that it takes 4 aa batteries and we have a feeling it won't last very long. Maybe a rechargeable version next time.

The Vanity Planet Face and Body Cleansing System is a cheap beginners kit for skin care. It is completely made out of plastic from the drive to the handle. It feels cheap and disposable to me which doesn't bode well for quality. Let's start with the unboxing experience. Prepare to be amazed by the simple tray and sleeve presentation! Pull out the tray to reveal EVERYTHING you wanted. Facial and body brushes along with a pumice stone and NO BATTERIES. This is the type of gift you expect to see at maybe a secret Santa event for someone you don't know. To get started, pull straight down on the battery handle/door to reveal the battery compartment that takes 6-AA. Take off the lid to the battery compartment to reveal the need for 4 AA batteries which are NOT included. There is not a way to buy replacements parts from what I could tell. There is nothing mentioned on the box or in the literature included with it. This for all intents and purposes is a "single-use" product after your attachments are expended. You will not have the option to buy attachments again. Here is a shining example of planned obsolescence for anyone who doesn't understand what that is. The almost all-plastic build appears to be at least water-resistant, but I don't see anywhere that's clearly marked or advertised. I see seals around the battery compartment and a rubberized switch which leads me to believe this is meant for wet/dry use. The brushes work great on your face and skin but the pumice stone isn't enough to make a difference. In short, this is a quick fix for something you may want to invest in if you are into skincare. There are better kits out there that offer replacement parts so it's on you. Do you want disposable or do you want reusable and quality?

After every use there's a difference in how soft my skin is. I've used other exfoliating items but this is the only thing I've noticed a difference with. Brushes aren't too firm but works extremely well to be so soft

My wife likes this face and body cleanser. She noticed her skin was softer after the first use. She also it can be used in the shower. No issues and it's recommended.

Nice to have something to stimulate the skin. There is only one speed so the pumice is a bit fast on the toes.
