I was looking for a product that would handle video images exceeding two hours. I've had problems with other brands where recordings were incomplete or the picture would freeze. I have not had any issues with this product. I will continue to purchase this brand.

I was elated to find this product in stock at my local best buy. Needed these for a last minute project I was working on and they worked well. I looked all around and couldn't find any stores that had this in stock except for Best Buy.

After using different brands of DVR'S & CD's I have found that only the Verbatim brands brings me the best results that I am looking for in burning photos and videos. So glad I tried them and am well satisfied with the results.

After collecting DVDs for years and now playing them for grandkids, I noticed deterioration. This product can backup my old DVDs to refresh them until I can save up to purchase either a Bluray or online streaming version of the movie.

Husband was making copies and needed this specific disc. Best Buy was the only place in town that had it, and needed it that day. Thanks Best Buy!

The double layer spec worked well with multiple drives and there were no instances of bad recordings. They also presented no problems when labels were applied. I shouldn't be surprised Verbaim has always been a reliable brand.

Served purpose. However 1 out of 3 disk failed during burn process.

BUT MY MACHINES ARE NOT AT ALL ACTIVATED. THERE ARE LOTS OF THINGS ASUS LAPTOP CANNOT DO. I AM TIRED. TELL ASUS ACTIVATE ALL THE FUNCTIONS OF THE MACHINES, AND LET ME MAKE MORE FINDINGS INTO IT. WORK TOGETHER WITH ME.

what really made this product work is that the gentleman in the blue shirt with the name tag took the time to explain to me the double sided features and benefits and discussed with me how to use the product, a real value add. Would recommend this blue shirt gentleman and the product.

Some of the more expensive dual layer are more compatible with most DVD players.. This brand will work if you have a blue ray that had the upgraded standards for playing most types of DVD+R, DVD-R or DVD+- RW.

All of the video I recorded would not fit on a regular DVD-R so I needed a double layer , or an extended DVD and this worked great!

I wasn't sure what brand recording media to but I purchased this and it worked perfectly with my setup (laptop and external recorder). Recommended

I was able to find the Verbatim DVD-R Double-Layer 8.5 GB at your store. Was unsuccessful at other stores that only carried the 4.7 GB storage capacity. Burning my daughter’s wedding video was convenient that Best Buy carried this product for my needs.

Best store in the area to purchase High End Video or Sound equipment or accessories. Also best prices and extra warranties available if desired. Great return policy.

I needed more space on my DVD that I was burning my home movies on. This purchase worked perfectly, gave me double the space as a typical DVD does. Worked great!

They were as good a price as anywhere, but I prefer to buy local. They were on the website and I picked up same day at my local BestBuy. I’ll be buying more.
