Nice Happy Light! I use it on cloudy days. Easy to use.

This light is amazing! I love being able to adjust the brightness and hue! I use it in a bedroom that doesn't get a lot of sunlight. The one thing that would make it better would be making it battery powered.

Great product and very easy to use and bring to different location sin the house. Have been using it almost every day as we have had very little sunshine in Wisconsin. I would highly recommend this product, great value.

I just started this light therapy. The instructions say to start with a ten minute session to see if any adjustments to hue or brightness may be needed. I found it is best to start with a daily short session to ease into the adjustment of the treatment. I have not experienced adverse reaction to the small daily treatment.

I did not see in the product description a notice that if you have or are concerned about macular degeneration please consult your doctor. Also, consult your doctor if you are currently taking antidepressants. I also did not realize that Best Buy has a 15 day return policy, rather than 30 days. As a result I missed the return window by 4 days.

I bought this because my psychiatrist told me that sunlamps actually work for seasonal affective disorder (it's not BS, it's real science it turns out!) and I saw this on a list by the New York Times list of best sunlamps. It was listed as the most "budget-friendly" option so I sprung for it. After 2-3 weeks of use, I am never going back to life without it. It's a decent size (iPad sized or so) so easy to travel with and light. I'm excited to use it every morning while I have some coffee and sit by a window. The combination of sunrise + sunlamp is ELITE if you can do it. The settings are super intuitive and easily adjusted. Word of advice, if you start to feel jittery or manic, it means the lamp may be too close to you and the brightness is too high for you. It takes a few days to find your preferred settings but it does make you more alert and focused in the AM after just a week or so of doing it.

Works great, easy settings, bright warm light setting which I prefer than the cool sunlight.

Seems to be working. I use it during the day, and when im relaxing and watching tv.

Item was shipped quickly and received in good condition. So far it works fine. Will need time to review long term use.
