This was an excellent choice I made. The battery life for device is good and I bought a separate sim card to allow me to go pre paid and not be held to service contract was a additional bonus.

Works great. Nothing flashy. Bought from Best Buy so I could have the rewards. Went online, added the line, and I was off to the races in less than 5 minutes. The device is working well.

Have only been using this for a couple of weeks so very early days. Very easy to set up and use on Verizon & MAC filtering to get a little extra security, three times the wifi has stopped working for no recognizable reason, restart resulted in working wifi again. Will be moving onto a boat next month & will be able to give some useful range etc. info after some time living aboard.

I have the exact same one already at my camp in Vermont. It manages all of my Ring cameras and provieds enough wifi for a full family and guests. I am using Verizon unlimmited plan which means only 15 Gigs of high speed. But even after that is used up and we watch a movie it still plays with very limited buffering (like once or twice) for a 90 minute movie. We are not gamers so i cant tell you anything about lag times. I just know that it works great for our needs. I am purchasing an additional one to see if it will meet our needs at home before i drop Comcast internet. I already dropped cable and just stream everything in both locations with a Chromecast device on the TVs. I pay $20 a month for the verizon unlimmited line for camp and $80 for comcast internet at home. Wish me luck!!

Works well, user friendly, hands down does what it needs to do each day.

Has been working well on our trip in an RV sight seeing the USA. Only thing I’m disappointed in is the length of time it takes to charge it. Especially when we have it going almost constantly. We do keep it plugged in all the time which has helped. I would buy it again but might consider a 5G instead.

I travel fir work and need wi fi all the time. It’s fast , portable and easy to use. It supports teleconferencing well.

It works just like it says it will, but it will work with only two devices on it for three to four hours from a full charge. Otherwise, it’s great

this is the best hot spot unit I've ever owned and I've had a few -- really good receptor - and you can also plug in a flat antenna that will go in the window to catch the signal even better -- a very good value right now - especially in areas that have not gotten 5G service yet.

I absolutely love this hotspot. I live in a very rural area and when my home internet (satellite) acts up, this is my backup. I can even use this hotspot on the go. I am in grad school and it helps that I can still do homework when it rains. My only complaint is that I can not tell how much data I have. I just use it until it says that I need to refill it. It could just be my device but I can not get a signal with other companies.

I had a 5 g device but all the locations I went to did not have 5 g connection here in Cincinnati. Also the battery in the Verizon 8800L lasts longer than my previous Verizon 5 g Hotspot. I am very happy with the 4 g connection speeds.

Faster than the orbic Verizon gave me . Uses both 2.4 and 5ghz. Connects more consistently

My Jetpack is a lifesaver when the internet goes out or I am not able to access the internet where I am. It is fast, and very easy to use.

Absolutely amazing! Something so small yet powerful! Easy to use and durable but touchscreen just slightly slow to respond but other than works excellent!

I upgraded from the Verizon 6620l. This is a much better unit. Range is much better. My speeds have improved dramatically. I would highly recommend!

We live out in the country and have to use satellite for our internet and television. Many times, due to the weather, the satellite is down. I can use this Hotspot during those times and my internet connection is great. I, also, can carry it wherever I go because it is light and small. Great connection and speed. I use it more than my satellite system now. I would recommend it to anyone!
