    Fantastic Hotspot

We live out in the country and have to use satellite for our internet and television. Many times, due to the weather, the satellite is down. I can use this Hotspot during those times and my internet connection is great. I, also, can carry it wherever I go because it is light and small. Great connection and speed. I use it more than my satellite system now. I would recommend it to anyone!

Easy way to establish a hot spot for use in an RV to provide wifi for tv's, laptop and phones. Very easy set up with screen on device and check with app/website for further details. Two ports for a two lead portable antenna to boost signal further such as a Netgear MIMO antenna. This a 4G LTE device.

I haven’t had any real problems, just that every now and then, I get an “unstable internet connection” message but it doesn’t last long and hasn’t dropped any of my meetings. It was a little hard to figure out how to get it set up with Verizon.

By purchasing a single MiFi Verizon Jetpack, I was able to activate this baby up to My Verizon account and runs well. While $199.99 may be a bit expensive, it could get at least a discount since this hotspot device was released in 2019.

One of the best dongles out there.

I bought this dongle as I am working from home and decided to go on a road trip with a bunch of friends where I will be needing hot spot to stay connected at work whenever required. Its a bummer that its only Verizon. I haven't explored if I can make it compatible with other networks. It would be great if it can though. Pros The connection was super stable. There were no increase in latency or drops in connection. Definitely the best decision and investment when it comes to this dongle. You can setup guest networks too. Cons Dongle heats up a lot. Little nitpicky on how it is being charged.

I bought this little guy when my internet when out, and I was over my data limit, I work full time during the day and I'm a student nurse full time at night. For 70$ a month prepaid unlimited plan This product has helped me stay connected for my classes. The battery on it doesn't last as long but I usually have it connected in my car since I'm always on the go

    I’m done with Verizon

This device is actually great for the price. It’s actually a pretty good little Wi-Fi router and it worked with my ASUS router as a USB modem. But it’s locked to Verizon, it’ll probably work on other carriers but you’ll be missing most of the bands that other carriers tend to use, so it’ll most likely run at a lower speed on anything but Verizon’s network. I returned mine, simply because I spent a month as a Verizon customer, and in that time there were problems on Verizon’s end, and each time I treated like a literal piece of garbage by Verizon customer service. So the minute I found the alternative I was looking for I dropped Verizon. I even left a prepaid plan with $65 on it because I was so dissatisfied by Verizon’s customer service. I literally spent twice as much for a competitors device because I wanted out of Verizon so bad. Which is sad because the hotspot worked just like it should and never gave me any issues.

This thing has been a life saver. I live in a very saturated rural tower area. My data phone plan was costing me a fortune. I thiught my crunmy data was my signal but come to find out it was verizon restricted my premium services after a combination of 100 gbs of data (i work from home and stream). I still pay out for it amd im not happy considering the speeds but i have stable internet.

We picked this up to augment the WiFi in my mom's assisted living, which was shaky at best. It has done a great job keeping her Echo Show and other devices on-line, so we can connect with her.

This little thing is amazing. I was a little out off by the price at first, but considering what it can do, it’s worth the price. I have my Echo Show, Echo Dot, my smart lamp, a smart bulb, and my smart diffuser connected to it. There’s never an issue.

I like this thing alot. It is very simple to use and set up is not difficult at all. I had just moved up into the hills and my cell carrier’s service is horrible. I figured well Verizon works everywhere great in my experiences. I bought this and took it up there. Nope! I tried but could not get over 3 bars so unfortunately i have to return it. Otherwise.. great product.

I had my last verizon jetpack for 7 years when it finally gave up the ghost. I really like the features of this MiFi 8800L. For starter it tells me how much data I've used. It also has a guest network. I was easily able to update the SSID to the same name as my previous unit, so my existing devices had no problem connect to the new device.
