I’m done with Verizon

This device is actually great for the price. It’s actually a pretty good little Wi-Fi router and it worked with my ASUS router as a USB modem. But it’s locked to Verizon, it’ll probably work on other carriers but you’ll be missing most of the bands that other carriers tend to use, so it’ll most likely run at a lower speed on anything but Verizon’s network. I returned mine, simply because I spent a month as a Verizon customer, and in that time there were problems on Verizon’s end, and each time I treated like a literal piece of garbage by Verizon customer service. So the minute I found the alternative I was looking for I dropped Verizon. I even left a prepaid plan with $65 on it because I was so dissatisfied by Verizon’s customer service. I literally spent twice as much for a competitors device because I wanted out of Verizon so bad. Which is sad because the hotspot worked just like it should and never gave me any issues.

Works well! Hotspot offers quick, reliable internet. The only con I have found so far is the battery life could be better. Overall good product.

When it actually connects, it's a speed demon. The problem is that it rarely connects (tried it all over town). I had to message tech support every time I wanted to use it; they'd reset the device somehow, then it would work until it went to sleep again or was turned off. I've tried 3-4 different hotspots and this was the fastest. They need to fix the connectivity issue.

If you are working remotely in a place without internet service and don’t want to tie up your cell phone these are fantastic with much higher download speed than CenturyLink. These newer units are even than the ones I have used over the years!! Love em!!!

Very user friendly, works perfectly in my office better than regular commercial internet provider service. Power outages no longer affect my connectivity.

I wish I purchased this sooner then I did. I'm traveling a lot, and using hotspot to connect from my phone can get frustrating when I'm trying to talk and be online at the same time.

First time buying the products such as this. I am pleasantly surprised at how stable it is!
I use it as a DJ and photo booth operator. This gives me a reliable signal while doing events around the region.

Have used hotspots before, but this one stayed active, unlike my old one. Also, I was in the middle of nowhere in Minnesota when I and my granddaughter both used it at the same time.

Works as intended. It’s even faster then my iPhone when performing speed tests. I would test it on my iPhone and with it was connected to the jetpack, the speeds were much higher then just having the phone connected to LTE.

This is our second of this hot spot. Love it. The ability to connect external antenna's make this a super MiFi. It works flawlessly all over the south eastern US.

I have used this Jet Pack twice to use it for broadcasting and have had no issues. Worthy every penny! Both broadcasts were 3 hours long and no issues. So far so good. I highly recommend.

I am off grid, 3 miles from the cell towers, and my cell phone works 5 times better as a hot spot than this bad investment that I was told would out perform my phone as a hot spot. I even installed a cellphone signal booster antenna system, that does work GREAT. This thing will load the first Google search page OK but when I clicked on any URL`s it would not go there. Display indicated that I had a good signal, but this thing did not properly process that signal. I have since then switched over to a satellite internet unit made by an EV manufacturer and I have fantastic internet service now. The Jetpack is now headed to go onto an internet auction site. Note,, it did work in the store when I used Geek service, they had no answers why my cellphone out performed this unit and it would not work at my location.
