MY DAUGHTER IS A MISPLACED COLLAGE STUDENT. WE HAVE A VACANT HOUSE IN THE FAMILY AND SET UP A STUDY/CLASS AREA THERE BUT NO PHONES OR INTERNET WERE AVAILABLE. THIS HOT SPOT HAS WORKED OUT WONDERFULLY TO PROVIDE THE NEEDED INTERNET AND HAS ENOUGH (WHATEVER IT IS) THAT SHE CAN SHARE HER STUDY SPACE AND INTERNET WITH FRIENDS WHO WERE ALSO DISPLACED WHILE RESPECTING THE NEEDED SOCIAL DISTANCES. ALSO, HOOKING UP WITH VERIZON WORKED OUT QUITE NICELY.

This WIFI device keeps me connected even when others have difficulty getting connected and even when building WiFI’s are down. Very dependable!

The verizon jetpack 8800L is working great since I purchased it at the end of November 2020. I used the verizon jetpack 6620L from mid-march 2020 to mid-october 2020, I can't recall any issues on that one. For the 8800L the only missing instruction is that after purchasing it, to recharge it first, then the 8800L will use a bit of internet access allotted to contact verizon, that is how to setup a designated phone number and get internet access in a few minutes. No need to call verizon.

Works great. Have had zero problems with it and it was easy to setup.

I live in a very rural area. This device works so, so well. We love. And traveling it comes in handy for the kids to use their devices that need the Wifi. I love this little device. I don't know why I waited so long to get. Love It!!

I bought this to use with my cars dash cam. I powers down after a certain amount of time. I wanted it to communicate with my cars dash cam for alerts throughout the night (for theft reasons) & like I said, it powers down. It did work well when friends in my car needed to use wifi.

Great device and connectivity. Never dropped or acted up with the WiFi. Pretty expensive tho for a 30gb plan. The display never showed the accurate results of how much data was used. It was stuck on MB. Not GB.

Thought I was getting unlimited, but got capped at 15 gigs.

I needed wifi when I was on the go. Because, My phone had limited internet & Didn't work well in some areas. This product was the answer!

Definitely a good buy. Does exactly what I need it to do. Not always super responsive but it works just fine

I have had this device for the past 6 months. It works really good as far as streaming services go. I have an older tablet and my streaming channels of,; Hulu, Disney +, and Prime load movies or shows smoothly. Only trouble I have had is that I get kicked out of WiFi and have to refresh to log back in randomly. Overall, it works for what I need given the range I currently reside at.

Works as intended but need an unlimited plan as this is our only source for internet.

This did not work. Best Buy refused to assist in setting it up when I purchased it. I went through the whole process of logging into my Verizon account to add a line and all that. I powered it up in store and it did not connect. Best Buy offered zero help and were actually very rude about it. I have purchased many phones over the years and expected the service I had become accustomed to and it was FAR from it. I had to call Verizon myself and after hours of troubleshooting it does not work. It's basically garbage.

Really easy to set up. Works great at this time of need!

works fine for the most part..... takes a little longer to come on than I think it should, and it doesn't show us the current data usage on the display like it did to start with...maybe not in sync like it should be????

Works perfect for on the go internet. Battery life has held up well.

Wish there was more easily accessible instructions on how to set up the device instead of having to rely on google and picking a plan but once all that was over with the device has worked great

Using it in RV in Northern Michigan. It is working well. Allowing us to stream and email etc. we are happy with the purchase. Was very easy to setup.

This is great for personal internet. Having to get another phone number and add the jetpack to my bill is a bit much. But I totally get it. This box works! It's an A++ Be sure to get a data package that suits your needs and you will be connected to the internet in no time.

Just what I needed. Just know that you will have to add the plan through Verizon on your own…
