    It was unnecessarily hard to open the link. I had to CHANGE computers to do it AND get ANOTHER code sent to me. The previous time was quick, easy and went well.

    Verizon says that its a 16 digit number. I only received a 10 digit e-PIN.

    Didn’t work. Wanted to use it on an existing phone, but Verizon said Best Buy had to set up the phone & Best Buy said Verizon had to.

    The process of going to the store, getting the card then using it has been replaced with an unnecessary number of online events just tp purchase the card...then one has to wait another 45 minutes/hour to recieve the information from that card to get your phone to start working. Stop being cheap @bestbuy and put the cards back into your stores before we have to start going to target to get these prepaid cards, because the "online card process" is absolute garbage.

    The product itself was beyond satisfactory but repeating the buy was unbelievably and indescribably migraineworthy waste of time....i purchased the first one with my $100 best buy gift card without incident only to be told when purchasing the second refill card with the $34.80 remaining balance that this was NOT allowed...HUH??? The why was i able to the first time?? A question that ONLY led to being passed off from person to person.
