Only bought for temporary use while my iPhone 11 Pro Max is being repaired by Apple. This phone is slow and super sensitive to any touch you make. My camera from my old IPhone 7 is better than this one and it only has one 12mp compared to the 2 on here. Apps are always running that you don't even need or didn't even know were there. Another thing I don't like it how Google tracks everything you do.

Not enough memory/storage, when the USB is plugged into the car for music. You have to constantly unplug and plug back in the phone and rest for your music after turning the car back on.

I received the phone & everything was great until I went 2 add it 2 my Verizon acct! Kept saying error so I called Verizon & the phone is locked! Someone at Best buy didn't scan it correctly like I didn't buy it, now I have 2 take it back so they can rescan it so I can get it activated! A big hassle!

I bought this for the battery life, and the phone does not disappoint. I go there days easily on a single charge.
Otherwise, a solid basic phone. Call, text, browse, email, all work seamlessly.
I'm not a power user and I'm pretty OCD about keeping minimum things running, so this works for me perfectly.

I wouldn't recommend this phone

I've had this phone for a few weeks and I regret buying it. This battery doesn't last 3 days, I took it on the train to another city on a full charge. In the first hour, it went down 12%, by the time I got back home 8 hours later, it was at 36%. I had only been on the browser reading articles off and on and I used Google maps for a short period of time to get to 2 destinations. I played no games, no videos, nothing battery draining, yet my new phone's battery did drain. I would say it could last 12 hours before it warns you at 15% to charge if you only read articles and avoid games and videos. Many of the words go bold when I text and it's really annoying. I've tried everything to disable this but they still go bold and emoticons pop up if I accidentally click them. I had a strange number calling and texting me about car insurance for a company I've never heard of, so I blocked their number after texting back, "Wrong number." They texted, "No problem." They were blocked at this point, yet they can still text me. People have problems hearing me when they call me. I had to hang up on a man who called to set up an interview because he kept saying, "Hello? Are you there?" I had been speaking but it was like the phone was on Mute, though it wasn't when I checked. The camera does take great pictures, and the screen is a decent size, but I would not recommend this phone to anyone.
