Odd/defective behavior within first two weeks

Cons: Phone cut out and completely crashed (had to restart it) in the middle of a conversation--after I've had it less than two weeks. I'm contemplating whether to return the phone for a refund. My old phone, the Moto G6 Play, never crashed like this even once. So I suspect that the Moto G Power has some bugs and is not so great.

Problems

When talking to different people I would hear over and over again that they can't hear me or that I'm breaking up. I've had Verizon and different phones for years and this is the first phone to have a problem. In looking online this seems to be a problem with this model that is going unaddressed. Luckily, I was able to return it during the free return period.

The battery is supposed to last 3 days but wouldn't even last for one. Constantly dropping calls and calls wouldn't even come through
