Very nice, has the specs and capabilities of much more expensive name brand phone. Can easily stream Netflix, which I couldn't do before.

had the phone for only a couple of weeks. Dropped it once on a wood floor and the screen shattered! Took a video and expected better quality with a 12 megapixel camera.

Two issues. Firstly, best buy let me buy online and said I could get curbside at a store that day. Later day they said the store was out of stock so I had to wait for shipping (which, since I needed the phone that day, was annoying). Secondly, the phone is a joke. I bought it as a temporary phone while my main one is getting fixed. But I can hardly even answer phone calls. It is so slow and so buggy, I have hardly been able to put up with it for a week.

This phone is thee phone for me and handles my needs.

But for my daughter and she absolutely loves it lol

The instructions say to "Follow the onscreen instructions" to activate. When I tried to do this, I got cut off and the message "Call 900-xxx-xxxx" to activate." How in the ever-loving h*** can I call if the phone isn't active? My advice: do NOT waste your money on a Nokia product.

Screen had a small crack out of the box that quickly spider-webbed with use. Why Nokia doesn't use Gorilla or Sapphire Glass is beyond me. Button on left side was very annoying as it brings up the Google assistant when just barely touched. Android 9.0 is not as user friendly as earlier editions and certain features must be set up unless you want to continually have alerts about them. Overall not a good phone.

I recommend this phone to anyone it is quick an doesn't drop calls

Bought for my son. He had no issues learning how to use it.

Did not.like this phone at all. Not real user friendly and had issues with it! This phone wouldn't communicate with the towers so I could not receive any texts from customers or friends. It wasn't on list of devices that would communicate with the towers.

terrible phone,bad reception. looking into another phone from amazon.

Only had this pH less than 2 months cuts off several times during conversation quality not good at all hopefully ijust received a bad one and not th whole brand is bad and can only return within 14 days need at least 90 day return policy

Volume sounds very low. Can barely hear phone ringing.

I ordered a cell phone and opened the package and the top left corner was broken and I live in the mountains and I can’t even use my zip code I had to put eurekas zip code and I can’t leave a review B.C. I still have not been able to even use the dang phone it’s been nothing but a nightmare I’m very unhappy with my purchase.....

Really it doesn’t has any good, it is not for me, maybe for somebody else
