I liked my phone right after getting it,. Got all my notifications n my text msgs, once it upgraded itself w/out asking me of course, my notifications stopped working,. All my phone does now is vibrate when I get msgs or text from anyone,,
Even when I get calls from ppl on my phone it ends up vibrating., I have to keep it on me constantly now, cause my daughter get to school n if her school calls me I won't get it cause my phone isn't ringing like it's supposed to..

Activation Issues

It's hard for anyone to know where the issue really lies if you're having trouble activating. Is it the OS, Phone manufacturing, Verizon or BB Techs? One thing for sure is it's not user friendly in setting it up without help from Verizon, unlike our other phones the family has bought. This is for my husband who only wants to make calls and texting and other minuscule tasks like that. It's a disposable phone so when the battery goes bad you have to buy a new one. Pic quality is ok, not great but have only taken a few pics. It lags in calling and a while to get the internet to come up. But still testing it out and hoping that shortly it'll get better. I'll be upgrading my phone soon but have decided I won't be getting a Nokia based on this phone. A Boost Stylo 2 was superior to this one in all the ways this one didn't.

Great phone, except after owning it for a week, my notification sound for text messages is no longer functioning...all notifications are turned on in phone..very puzzling, as i dont know what to do...was wondering if anybody else has encountered the same problem..thank you for any input

DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE! I HAVE SENT MY BACK TO NOKIA 3 TIMES ALREADY ALONG WITH THE 2 TIMES I HAD BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE. I CAN'T RECEIVE TEXT, NO VOICEMAIL NOTIFICATIONS, SLOW TO CHANGE SCREENS AND SOMETIME STO MAKE A CALL I MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT ANYWHERE BETWEEN 1/2 TO 1 MINUTE. IF YOU REALLY NEED A RELIABLE PHONE DON'T BUY THIS ONE.
